TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

Greetings everybody! A few days ago I got screwed in a very “unsophisticated” manner.
For some years now, my discipline of choice is HU-SNGs. I play at several different rooms, keep in touch with a lot of HU-community guys (50-500$ limits). I also happened to play on Chico (of TigerGaming network). After substantial break (about a month or so) I'd started to grind there real hard and kept doing it for the last couple weeks. Last friday I got this letter:

Spoiler:

To say the least, it surprised me a lot. When I'd found out that two of my mates in the same line of work got the same treatment, I got worried for real. The only thought that came to us regarding is matter is that it all somehow related to us using VPN (it's not possible to play there without using it). Just in case, I'd sent them a copy of the earlier letter, where it was stated by support that there is nothing wrong about it. They replied something in the line of «chill out, dude, it's just a regular check-up».

This monday, I got this:
Spoiler:

They transferred the money for topping their weekly leaderboard to my account, which at the time was already blocked. Things just kept getting weirder and weirder.

And today i've received what seems to be a final letter:

Spoiler:

So, I've been accused of chip-dumping... in HU-SNG!!!How is it even possible, or, what matters the most, WHY? During the time I' d been playing there I've never even «chopped» with friendly regs! I've decided not to waste any time and post this here and also at Gipsyteam.ru.
My point being, TigerGaming are out of control fraudsters who've at some point decided to grab some additional money by banning a bunch of random regs. What pisses me off even more, they were too lazy to figure out what kind of games the guys in question play, and does it make some kind of sense to chip-dump at all!

Total damage is 2.5k$ + 200k points (about 100$ more)

Thanks for the reading, I guess...

Im a HUSNG grinder myself I tried playing on chico about a year ago and noticed quite a few bots playing the standard and turbo speed husngs. They also had seat scripting to make sure that you didnt get t o play vs any fish and htey got them all which kinda ruined it for me.

The site officially allows the usage of VPNs?

More like they have a financial problems: rake increase it is not enough, now it is necessary brazenly to take away money from regs. I wish all forces to struggle further and return their money.

re: TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

I received a similar letter about investigation on Friday, and today a response from the financial department that they are banned for chip-dumping with confiscation. All weekend spent in correspondence in a chat with support, but it did not give any result. They do not want to provide any explanation, hands, nicknames, etc.
I played on Sportbetting (Chico) 3 weeks. Basically cash nl200. On my account there were 3k$ and 130k points at the time of the ban.

Two recent thread starters were in similar situations. One received some funds back and the other did not.

re: TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

Today I received the message from financialservices@sportsbetting.ag which says

"After reviewing your account, we noticed that you have been chip dumping via our poker software. Due to this prohibited activity, we have decided to permanently close your account and confiscate your remaining balance."

My balance is about 55k. I play NL Holdem cash games 5/10$ and 10/20$ mostly and sometimes 2,5/5$. I play at Sportsbetting since February. For the last 2,5 months I won about 80k. And for this time frame they allowed me to cashout about 40k.

But every time I asked for the cashout they canceled it at first and ask me about my IP connections. I'm from Russia, but for the last 2,5 months I'm staying in Thailand and to login to the site I have to use VPN( it doesn't work other way and I got a permission from support that I can use it to login).

When they canceled my last cashout, they asked me about if I have any relations to another player who have similar IP, which I didn't, also we played very rare with that player.

After 10 days of investigation of my account I got message that everything is fine and next day they sent me a cashout 10k. But on the day after I receive the message that I banned and all funds confiscated.

Post screenshots.

I honestly feel like if these cases are all true and no one is actually chip dumping... my odd feeling is some higher up just likes to blatantly steal $ from people. “Hey honey, want that new Mercedes? Ok I’ll just seize 50k from a player!”

Another example of why we need regulated online poker. They essentially have you by the balls and you can’t do a thing about it.

Please post all email communication from them to you and you to them. What was your nickname? 55k is probably the most I've ever heard of them seizing.

They have bots in HU SNGs as well. They occupied 7-15$ (all speeds). Giant number of tournaments per month, low roi (1-5%), playing up to 4 tables, not playing with each other - that's how you can recognize them.

UPD. Due to Gipsyteam topic, significant amount of russian HU SNG and cash regs were banned for the "Chipdumping". However, it's possible, that there was an error in Chico security system work, Gipsyteam representatives are trying to solve the situation.

Suprised it took this long for them to ban them its been over a year since they were at those games and yes all multitabling and never accidently regging each other was obvious to me as well. Didnt effect me as much since I play higher but was just a matter of time before they started playing higher. Since they have been banned have the HUsngs still been populated with new botters or are they actually monitoring the games now?

Hi. I was also banned 2 days ago. I played nl100 and nl200 cash and tournaments.
They send me same email "After reviewing your account, we noticed that you have been chip dumping via our poker software. Due to this prohibited activity, we have decided to permanently close your account and reclaim the remaining balance."
My nickname is "biceps". My remaining balance was about 3k.

Other than short-stacking and being a pain in my butt I never noticed or assumed you were doing anything wrong. I am definitely wondering what is going on here. Can you please post all of your email correspondence to and from them in here.

Until we get all the user names and logs available its too early to say Chico are thieves. Some of yiu guys could have been chip dumping. And are you all Russians?

It would be nice if they provided some evidence and also the nickname of the account they claim you were chip-dumping with.

A representative in here to address this entire situation with all of these accounts would also be nice.

It's possible each person recently banned was violating some rules, but the chip-dumping reasoning is odd to me. What is gained from chip-dumping in cash games and HU SNGs?

re: TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

I am starting to see pattern.
Please everyone whos funds have been confiscated answer the following things:
What is your nick?
Where are you from?
Have you been recently playing from another country? If so, which one?
Did you use a VPN? Which one? Which server?

I don't know if it was the case, but if I'd see a bunch of Russians playing similar games with the same IP I'd be pretty suspicious too.

Re: TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

Hi, my nickname is Roadster. Confiscated funds allegedly for chipdumping in Tigergaming without any evidence.
I am from Belarus.
From another country has never played.
I used WPN one or two times(Tunnel Bear maybe used Germany's IP i don't remember) when I was playing at BETONLINE (BELGAZ). In Tigergaming and Sprotsbetting (DearSuzy) I never used WPN.
All accounts were closed and opened according to the Chico rules.
Created a topic"banned on tigergaming".
https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/2.../#post53873797
Thank you for your help. I'm waiting for an answer.

Re: TigerGaming (Chico) has confiscated my money

Hi. I'm from Ukraine. I've never played from other countries. I registered in the room on the 9th of June 2018. Approximately on July 6, there were problems with the client's connection. This problem exists to this day.
Spoiler:

Players from the forum began to ask the support what the problem is and whether it is possible to use the VPN. On what received the answer.
Spoiler:

I used the VPN TunnelBear two times and connected through Romania. Turned on the VPN, logged in, turned off VPN and only then started to play.

July 13 received a message from the finance department about the blocking of my account.

Spoiler:

I spent several days in correspondence with the support, trying to get at least some information. I only found out what was being accused of chipdumping.

July 18 received a response from the financial department.

Spoiler:

Here are the results of my game for all time on SportsBetting.
