Good news! Several accounts were decriminalized and money on the balances is available for withdrawals.

BetOnline and SportsBetting management is collaborating with affiliates. They gave the list of hands which were the reason for chipdumping accusations and banned players with a help of affiliates writing letters with explanations.

Also one of the players received the following letter:

"Hello Dmytro

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note, we are in the process of concluding our investigation and you will receive correspondence as soon as possible. We are in the process with an investigation that includes quite a high number of players linked by IP that are using VPN devices, we are separating the true links from the false ones, as well as investigating financials and gameplay for each account.

Should you require further assistance or information, please do not hesitate to contact us."

Let's wait for some more time and see.

I appreciate you letting us know. The whole situation was definitely odd.

If I'm understanding correctly the accounts were all using a VPN service that was providing each of them with the same IP address? If that's true, it's no wonder why they all got flagged. They don't even allow 2 seperate accounts in the same household.

I still don't understand why the reason given was chip-dumping unless a few accounts connected to that IP were chip-dumping and then they just assumed everyone using that service had a connection to the chip-dumpers.

Hello. My nickname is 'Maga_tigr' , and i am playing on BetOnline. I play only NL holdem 400-1k limits.

I am from Russia. And i used VPN with program 'hide my name' as many others here. Also i've never broken any rules of this poker room.

I was banned 19 of april and i still don't know the reason. I've received this:

"After reviewing your account, we noticed that you have been receiving funds via our poker software. Due to this prohibited activity, we have decided to permanently close your account and confiscate your remaining balance."

On my account there are about $4.5k.

Players from the forum began to ask the support what the problem is and whether it is possible to use the VPN. On what received the answer.

I used the VPN TunnelBear two times and connected through Romania. Turned on the VPN, logged in, turned off VPN and only then started to play.

July 13 received a message from the finance department about the blocking of my account.

I spent several days in correspondence with the support, trying to get at least some information. I only found out what was being accused of chipdumping.

July 18 received a response from the financial department.

Here are the results of my game for all time on SportsBetting.

I doubt he comes to the forum very often since he is from Ukraine. I believe I've seen him back at the tables. If I come across him I'll let him know. lol

You just contradicted yourself. Using the VPN to connect from a prohibited location constitutes "breaking the rules".

Multiple players in this thread, biceps, maga_tigr, I've seen at the tables yesterday. So it seems some things were resolved. It would be helpful if those players would follow up and let us know what transpired.

Most, if not all, of them that posted in here with their nickname got their accounts back. Like you mentioned, they're at the tables regularly. The post below is the most up-to-date information that I'm aware of.

It is rather frustrating when people come running to 2+2 with brand new accounts to try to get help with their problems, and never return if they're resolved. Ah well. Isn't the first time, won't be the last.

What am I not understanding about this? Are you saying Russian players are not allowed on the network? I'm pretty sure there's more than a few regs from there.

I know that you're saying this just in general, but I would imagine that there would be a significantly lower return rate for people that don't spend much time writing in English. I have a feeling they were all told to post here from someone at their home poker forum. Nearly all of them write in Russian at the tables and they often have difficulty understanding my questions. You can't copy text from the tables to easily translate.

I was pretty satisfied with that update above and I'm not sure how much more the sites would have divulged to them about the situation.

I obviously agree with your statement. Updates are usually beneficial to the community and more updates are always welcome.

Yeah, in general, and also thinking of the OP. But I get what you're saying, and certainly the update from the one poster was appreciated and gave the most important information.

It's interesting that the OP only posted once and seemed to know his English better than most of the other posters experiencing a similar issue. I don't think we ever got his network nickname. Even if I knew his nickname, he is a player I'd be less likely to come across since his preferred games are HUSNGs. I mainly play 6max cash. Whether his issue was resolved and his account was restored will remain a mystery.

Well I asked them to change my e-mail to same as skrill so I could withdraw my money. Now my account is not possible to log in to and they are ignoring every e-mail. So I have the same problem only that they told me literally nothing.

In the main network thread you stated that your country changed its laws while you had an account there. They never sent you an email when they chose to stop accepting players from your county?

Maybe they are just expressing themselves poorly, but that last letter reads to me like "We at Tiger Gaming are crooks and we are taking your money, and you can't do a thing!"

[Edit: reading further in the thread, maybe they were expressing themselves poorly and the situation has been resolved. But it's not a good look.]
