BetOnline Overcharging Customers for Visa Deposits and Wire Payouts?

Hello,
After trying multiple times to email "PokerSupport" last week and receiving no answer, as well as being put on hold on the phone just now and being hung up on after a long wait, I've decided to share this publicly.
-All of my deposits have incurred additional small fees by BOL processors above what I approved, these amounts have ranged from 5 to 15 dollars and are theft by BOL.
-My payout wires from July 2017 were short approximately $107. This was on top of the ridiculous hefty fees I paid for these wires and is a typical skimming practice in Eastern Europe banking. It is nonetheless theft by BOL.
If there is a BOL rep please contact me or I will continue to publicize your theft from customers on other sites.

What currency is your VISA card billed in?
What currency is your bank account that receives the wires?

They overcharged my card by about $8 two years ago. I complained but never received a refund or credit. I don't play there anymore. This may be SOP and most people don't complain.

So wait; someone, likely your bank, is likely charging a foreign transaction fee for deposits and you are being charged a fee to withdraw from an unregulated poker site?
That's crazy and unheard of.
