Reading through the thread on 2+2 there is some concerns I'm having. Here is the thread:

Several different posters have claimed they are still awaiting items from as far back as July 2010, which is completely ridiculous. Here are a few quotes from that thread:
"haha I ordered Ipad and bose headphones in July...still haven't got it."
"I get an email about every three weeks from Geri apologizing for the unfortunate delay but that the supplier assures her that it will be in stock soon."
"i have a friend waiting for a mouse from cake for about 6 months now.... "
"I purchased a laptop at the beginning of August and just keep getting the runaround from their support. I've stopped playing on Cake because of this and am just wondering if there's any hope I'll eventually receive it. Thanks."
And of course there is my own situation which I have been waiting for 3 months now.
I understand that you keep saying it should be soon but there are people saying they have been waiting for 7 months now for items from the cake shop.
There has to be some kind of resolution to this. Perhaps you can change suppliers back to Amazon or something. At the very least if the items are not going to come we should be refunded our chips and there should be some kind of freerolls held that we can buy into with our chips.
Please have someone from management resolve this issue. It's starting to cost cake players business, as who wants to play on a site that won't send out the rewards that were promised. And if someone from cake could post a response in that thread it would be greatly appreciated and would help the poker community feel a little better about cake.
