You can make your own though, then just add the image to the cardbacks folder and it will show up in the list of options.
SwCpoker folder -> general_images -> Cardbacks
You can edit one of the ones in there, or if you make your own the size is 52x71.
Depending on how detailed you want them to be you could even just make a white box in Paint and that would work.

Think you should be able to just save those and add them to the appropriate folders.
I got the red box by editing the player boxes file. If you want it I can get the file from my computer when I get the chance.
