Can someone please explain to me what is wrong with ACR. They actually have no self exclusion as you can simply call to get account reinstated at anytime. I have multiple accounts with them and called customer support and even emailed their security team to warn them that I intend to cheat/collude if my account remains open. Their response in a nutshell was that they wont close the account until cheating actually occurs...like wtf, seriously?

Hey guys, trying to get a feel for this here. I've played on ignition quite a bit, and am looking at playing some on ACR. But I have seen some bad reviews on their cashouts, saying that you have to meet extremely high requirements to be able to cashout (I use bitcoin, if it matters). Can someone answer what kind of requirements are needed to cash out for a micro stakes cash/mtt player?

I’ve cashed out 15-20 times and never sent in a single bit of extra information or anything like that. BTC does it almost instantly. Also, since they allow player transfers you can just come on 2+2 and find someone who wants to buy acr so then you xfer them some acr and they Venmo or bank transfer to you. Simply put, it will never be a problem

Anyone able to log in after the maintenance today? Apparently its mac client only. They must be phasing out Mac users.

That’s true for sure. But I can also tell you I’m below-average in terms of technology skills for my age and I can use BTC very easily. So in this context (having money on a poker site and wanting to get it off) I believe that just about anyone is capable of doing it pretty easily.

Hi there!

I noticed that sometimes my tables will disconnect. They seem to disconnect independent of each other. They will seem fine until suddenly one or more tables tell me that I have taken too long to act and have to sit out a hand.

Often it will be where I’m in the big blind. There are no animations to suggest that I’m taking too long, my counter will not be counting down at all or sometimes it will be counting but will still have plenty of time and then suddenly it will say I have to sit out a hand and I have taken too long to act.

Since it usually happens when a blind is trying to be posted, it seems to me like lag spikes.

My questions are these:

Is there any chance it’s my computer lagging?

Could it be a particular Ethernet cord? I noticed one cord in my house seems to work better than others. I don’t even bother trying to play it on wifi because it will disconnect like crazy.

The only lag-free session I’ve ever had was with this particular cord. It’s not full proof though. I prefer not to disconnect that cord though because it serves a dedicated use in my home and I also don’t want to go hunting down another one just like it. I probably sound crazy but please I just want to play ACR lag free and I don’t know much about networking or hardware.
