Who do I contact?
Results? What were you playing?

Since there are no logins on the current website I don't see how it's a problem. Somebody should probably check the client traffic to make sure it's encrypted, though with GAuth I don't know that I even care all that much there.

Agree

I imagine they will have it before they offer a browser-based option to play.

They posted in chat stakes would be going up slowly starting tonight most likely. Obviously they want to iron the bugs that are left out before we start playing for significant money.

oh and I finally was able to recover my account. Had to add the swc URL to my email accepted senders. My provider wasn't even allowing it to hit my junk mail prior

If you right mouse click you can change it a little bit. I have now:

Deck: Standard 4
Cardback: yellow bitcoin
Table style: table_gray
Background: carpet_black (default)

Still not best of best, but better for me.

There is also a file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\swcpoker\general_images.zip which has the images inside. So it's pretty easy to just change this and add it back to the .zip file.

I'm having this exact same issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

1. check SPAM folder.

2. Try adding "support@swcpoker.eu" to ur "safe sender list" or something like that.

Most likely ur email provider is blocking the email. Pretty sure changes at sealswit..eu are not instant too.

I checked spam and added swcpoker.eu to my gmail contacts (gmail doesn't have a "safe sender list" that I know of)

I think you're right about the old site not updating instantly. Or maybe Micon's team doesn't have real time access to updated data from the old site.

I just hope support will respond and resolve this soon. I'd hate to lose all of my krill. Especially after having about 200 chips I was playing with just vanish when the site went down. sigh.

guess no one else ran into that issue...

Its AES 128-bit encrypted. That's plenty good. And, for the record, the old site was not SSL protected..

What is the email address they use to send the mail? Post here or P.M. me if you would be so kind. That is likely my issue as well.

You realize it was launched for micro stakes with no rake right? I mean that seems a pretty fair tradeoff to say hey you guys can play on this with no rake in exchange for beta testing it. That is exactly how it worked for the 50k+ krill accounts beta testing it prior to Micon's door getting kicked in. No one's real money is getting damaged as a result of bugs, etc. Because the only poker played on that software to date has literally been for pennies or less. If you are going to huff and puff about losing a few pennies due to a disconnect then beta testing poker software probably isnt for you.

There is rake on some tables. I'm not sure what the distinction is, but I paid rake this afternoon and I saw another table paying rake yesterday.

Yeah, you can add your own files to the images folder and modify the deck, cardback, table etc. That's one of the things I was excited about with this software.

Looking forward to the mods that people come up with and share.

Here are the deck/table/cardbacks I was working on during the beta before it got shut down.

Yeah, hotmail was trashing all swcpoker.eu mail (not even hitting my junk folder) until I whitelisted them. Click the gear in the upper right -> options -> safe and blocked senders -> safe senders -> add the @swcpoker.eu domain.

Then go back to the forgot password page and request another reset code.
