I recently read that they will introduce it in the 1st quarter of 2015.
However the rollout will not be for all markets / countries simultaneously (I think different regulations are the reason for this).

Depending on your current residence you may need to wait longer for it.

It's b/c in the immediate aftermath of Black Friday, several trolls got/feigned being upset about American grinders talking about where to move to, getting set back up on Stars, etc. I.e. going so far as to ask mods to prevent people from posting about non-VPP stuff.

Kind of redundant, but adding "with related chat" was the simple fix to make clear to current/future such trolls of the broader scope of the thread.
