I deposited at pitbull poker like 2years ago and ran up 40 too like 1k I wasnt allowed too withdraw and after like 2 month of emailing I gave up and obviously lost it all .

Just tried to register for a free roll after keeping being dropped from customer support over and over for some reason.

I wwas registered in, couldn't for the life of me figure out how to view my table whatever I click my table wouldn't come up. Tried exiting and re-entering, everything. Shockingly bad software.

I have been banned for the past 3 months for swearing at people too much and making cracks at them. I guess I shouldn't make fun of people. Its their choice if they want to wear their mothers clothes when all alone. Who am I to say. So WELCOME BACK ME. After Ryan Beal finally reinstated me. Took a full two caring emails and a few months to be back.

To my pleasure I see my thread still on the front page. That's crazy. To clarify everything lets start with the beginning and where we are at.

Dave,

With my terrible experiences on Pitbull poker though you and I both know were many, I had numerous numerous issues with your support, cashout, flaws in your omaha games. Everytime I spoke to support about any issue they were rude, inconsiderate and under-educated. This still has not changed.

You left me your email and asked me to contact you with my issues. You were very quick to help. You removed that completely horrible 200 points needed bonus from my account. Since it was over a year ago and I didnt even deposit. It was free money. You made that right. I appreciated that.

Second, when discussing and showing your chat logs of your amazing drunk support staff you were quick to admit problems were there and needed to be fixed.

Third, When my money completely disappeared off the table into thin air and I spoke to YOU not support you were very quick and apologetic to fix the issue. I believe about $7 was just taken right off the table and you reinbursed me with $25. You had the computer programmers in right away and hopefully fixed the problem.

Fourth, you offered anytime I have an issue I could call or email you and you would help fix the issue. Which I did many times and every single time you do whatever you could do fix it.

I had cash out problems within the day I contacted you, you had it all set up and ready go. It took two weeks to even process but as soo as you knew about the situation you admitted it was wrong and pushed it along quick.

I still play there from time to time just for a change, after your help it comforted me knowing if I have an issue, super Dave Osbourne will fix it.

Now lastly where I stand all in all.

Your customer support needs to be cleaned right out and bring new ones in and trained properly. I wont even click on them to ask what time it is because they will tell me they dont wear a watch LOL

- better looking software - mixxed games -daily bounty tournaments - daily omaha hl tourney (more than a $1 buy in) - disconnection protection - longer time clock. the list can go on and on and onnnnn.

The only customer support you have there, is you. Dave is by far honest,truthful and willing to work. Even though I state that pitbull needs alot of help. i have even offered him on advice and what to do. Maybe they will hire me on as a player representative. Who knows.

If anyone does play there and you have an issue I suggest you email dave and he will do whatever possible to help out. He is one of the only good things about this site. Thanks Dave for the honesty you showed when your site was taking money off the tables by accident I guess and returning it to me. I do want to clarify thought that site needs alot of help and work. Dave you could fix it all if you put your back into and just cleaned house and took right over and got rid of the other ididots allowing this to go on.

I deposited 50 for the February Giveaway Promo where they had a crazy 1k added to the tournaments. I cashed and kept playing on the site for a while, then withdrew. Within a couple of days I received an email saying the check was on its way, and I got it the following day via DHL.

I was pretty happy overall with the site, except at times the flash window would freeze when I was in the middle of the hand. That and the fact that there is little activity... I was going to deposit again in March but they took away the echeck option. Might deposit via PIC if I ever open an account there.

Overall pretty satisfied and no complaints. Easyyyy games

I admit there is a lot of frustration going on, but there are always alternatives to resolve any situation, and as you stated you have found that you can get assistance and results from that when you are willing to find a solution.

I am happy to let you, and all 2+2 members, know that bounty tournaments are coming close to 2 weeks or so. They will be daily and will include cash prizes for the winners. I will surely let you know more about it when we have it up on our promotions page.

The other suggestions you have sent are definitely on my list, we are working hard getting a lot of stuff improved, this is a tough year for development but we are getting there and we hope to bring you a better and bigger Pitbull Poker in the coming months.

Dave, I'm not a fan of your site at all personally (though think I made that clear already). All kidding aside, I think improving your software and especially support would be a great place to start.

In any case, it's only fair to point out to you and the other posters here that the OP had several gimmick accounts in the thread, in a pretty obvious attempt to trainwreck your site - one being chitnhgg, to give you an idea of how FOS the guy was (esp asking for IP checks himself). While I still wouldn't recommend your site by a long shot, your candor and patience here is appreciated. Maybe with some improvements and a little time to work out the kinks, your site might eventually become a solid place to play.

Got a free $10 bonus and ran it up to $122 .I was then told i would have to make a deposit before i could withdraw..
Made a $50 deposit by Visa debit then tried to withdraw $150 .Talked to live chat regarding the problem but did not get any joy.
You have now closed my account with my money in.I call this fraud.

I play there . And have been bonus whoring there . I have ewallet express , so I get the $25 insta bonus ,clear 200 pts within a day or two then put my money back on ewallet waiting for the next bonus offer . I've never had a problem with cash out . They have live support 24/7 , I don't know what others here expect , I guess waiting on a FTP support e mail for 3 weeks is what they want . Live support rocks , when I have a issue with my money I want answers now , not in 3 weeks . Yes the software needs improving . yes traffic is slow . But some of the complaints here are really not solid . My main complaint is after I clear the bonus they send me e mails telling me about the bonus but won't give it to me again , don't send me offers that are no longer offered to me , please . And it seems the $100 bonus is harder to complete . Not bad for a mac / US friendly fish tank . Oh, and when I clear the bonus for the golf shirt can I just get another T-shirt ?

I have a suggestion for your poker room. i think you should have something written on the site that says you must disable any pop up blocker you have running or you wont be able to play in tournaments. i signed up in a tourney and the game never popped up. i contacted live support and he told me to restart my computer...lol...so i signed up for another one and couldnt play again. i contacted live support and he didnt know what the problem was other than there was something wrong with my computer. i then asked him if a pop up blocker would cause this and he said yes. so i think that would be pretty helpful for future players

I used to play there a few months ago. The software is reasonable, considering the level of play there; I have often played at random sites if they had enough action, just because the competition is often that much weaker. One can then cash out the winnings after a month or a few and it's not usually more risky than that. Cashout problems, I had one at one point, but at other times no problems.

As a general note about the random sites: There are sites that you haven't ever even heard of and when they, and somewhat more known sites too, have enough weak players, it's a site I used to play at (now I play a bit too high for that and I am more specific in what I play). Some of them are risky as you don't know when they will close and possibly keep your money, but with judgment and considering the potential lose of that in the long run, it's usually just a small part of the profits for most players, when/if that happens.

To clarify this: The player in question made 4 deposits via ewallet and did not make use of it to later request a cash out via paper check, such behavior on our poker room and any other gaming business triggers a flag since ewallet can have chargebacks.

We are not saying the player would make a chargeback but based on our experience we cannot take the chance. The player was paid back to his ewallet account.

So what if I am sdexcid? All I did was copy and paste live chat to prove your site is a complete waste of the world and joke.

Lets tell the truth Dave. You lying scum. I have been a member of pitbull poker for well over a year. In total I have atleast 20 deposits through ewalletxpress. Your site takes 24 hours to process the the ewallet transaction but within hours the monies are removed from ewallet account. Making it impossible to scam you for money you dumb s.hit. I have had a few cashouts totalling way more than my deposits. So you can tale your lying little self elsewhere.

So you can stop acting like I am new to the site and this is the first time making money transactions.

Honestly people read all the threads found online. Nothing but negative horse**** about this site. If he wants to say im the OP of all them or even 10% of them...do and IP search.

Your site sucks and so does your customer support service. Learn how to treat players than maybe you guys will flip a profit.
