Ladies and gentlemen steer clear of this poker site by all means. Awhile ago they offered a $10 no deposit free trial. Of course in order to cash out that $10 you need 200 points. Understandable. I lost the $10 one year ago. I went on there to play a certain tournament the other day. So I deposited $150. Now they wont let me cash out til accumalte the 200 points. How can a no deposit bonus that I lost over a year ago affect a seperate deposit now? They refuse to let me leave. There are no players at all really to get these 200 points. I sat at 6 different sitngo tables all lower limit. 3 hours later not a person sat with me. How can they call it a free $10 no deposit bonus? No wonder they have no business. Their customer support is awful and ignorant. Have fun trying to get an email from them .You cant copy their conversations so you dont try and paste them and show how ignorant they are.
One support kept saying "well get over it I guess you will be here for 40 years trying to cash out" "no points, no payout simple as that have fun"

Not too difficult to get around the inability to copy their conversations..print screen is your friend.

Never had a problem cashing out or meeting the bonus requirement, but your situation is pretty fked up.

I remember I used that no deposit bonus as well and all the games were full with bots who would insta check or minbet/call with a set 3 streets

I put money on there because they had a $28 pro bounty with TJ cloutier and a few others. I wanted to play in it. I just loaded $150 in case I wanted to other games while I played the tourney. I guess I shoulda looked in the lobby and amount of players before depositing.

fwiw i cashed out 2.5k via check and payment was prompt. not that hard to accumulate 200 pts imo.
