I pretty much gave up with this issue since I was banned and given a comedic refund.
After I get banned for no reason during session I don't think I'm in the wrong for using terms like:
What the ****
I'm ****ed here
This is ****ing me
The live chat team need to grow up if they don't think my responses aren't warrented
I don't really know how they expect people to ask when they're banned mid-session. Sky are refusing to release any of the chats and have told me to seak third-party help if I want to pursue this further.
I'm not going to waste money trying to sue a poker site over £200 and an account, the money can be got back and another account can be used. Sky have acted incorrectly here and have not taken responsibility for their first action which was incorrectly suspending my account mid-session for invalid reasons.
Did I have to swear in the chat? No.
Do I think it's a reasonable responce for being banned mid session due to an chat agent who doesn't know what she's doing. Yeah I think swearing in passing is fine in my books, Sky don't agree and they banned me. It is what it is

Yeah this is great advice, just accept your fate and be nice to everyone. Even if they're in the process of ****ing you in the ass. Turns out the chat agents are so fragile as people they can't even share their screen with a few swears
