Off-topic:
That already did happen to a German player who played highstakes on WilliamHill and won from a particular player ~200k. That particular player fraudently got 200k in his account instead of 2k. There was some error in the deposit process. Anyway, WH closed both accounts and the German player´s winnings were confiscated. As far as I know he also did go to court and WH offered a legal settlement but he declined. He lost at court afterwards. So even if you are legally winning money from someone who got fraudently money, you can be charged.

On-topic:
If you can prove to the DRO that the phone call was impossible (I guess prisons are tracking phone calls?), then report that to them.
You can also get a lawyer I guess. But idk if 10k is worth it.

I will no longer participate in your smear campaign against Joe Kim.
The real Joe Kim stabbed some guy, so not sure how much he can smear his name.

Yes, apparently a little stabbing incident among friends, but now we're talking about defrauding an online gambling site! Where does it end???
