Hi All, I hope this is posted in the correct forum, if not feel free to move.
I recently self excluded from an online casino that also has a poker room. I only requested exclusion from casino games. I have now been excluded from the poker room also, I have no access to my balance, sat tickets (which have an expire date) or loyalty points.
This is only one skin in a many skin network, my accounts with other skins are all open and working as they should.
Do i have any recourse on this, I have tried and failed. Site name removed as the poker manager there is still trying to fight my case but not having any luck. Any point in trying to contact the poker room operator?
