Do you have an account with betus? If you do then the obvious solution is to log in from your browser not the from link provided. If you don't I'm sure Jenny will hook you up, she seems legit.

Clear scam.

Managers would never send a link to password reminder page.

If you look carefully at those URLs (addresses) you will see that the actual domain name is 'com.pa'. The betus part is called a subdomain.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdomain

They put that in there to fool you. You are being phished.

.com.pa is commonly used by Panamanian based companies

They also use .pa

If you go to Betus.com it auto redirects to betus.com.pa

seems legit to me, but I understand the caution.

just be smart, dont open anything directly from the email...should be relatively easy to confirm its legitimacy.

also the part about "managers" never sending emails with password recovery links? well thats just silly. maybe at a fortune 500 company with strict security protocols....but online casinos? come on now I see that **** on like every promotional email, ever.

Seem legit, but not sure you want choose casino where they use this type marketing strategy and feel it acceptable - you might be surprised what else they feel is acceptable going down road with them.
Always check where email come from (Sometimes all seem legit but email come from scam domain) and if possible enter address in browser window if you know website domain is legit (Or find their official website in social media/search) and not click link in email.

Just go to the official web page and try to recover your account. If you can't then go to the official webpage and get the support email address and send them a message saying you forgot your log in details and wait for a response.
