Do I have to sign up for rakeback with every skin that I want to play on the merge network? or if I sign up with one then the RB will work with others?

For example I want to play on Lock Poker but I already have an account with raketherake and you don't offer RB with Lock, so if I sign up with Carbon poker will I only have RB on that site? Am I then unable to get RB with other merge network skins once I sign up through Carbon?

I see that you say we don't need to deposit. How long do we have until we are required to deposit before our option for RB runs out?

I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by this. Are you saying that there will be no more personal rake races?

If so, wow, merge hates motivating people to earn them rake.

Second question: is there somewhere I can see the promos for the upcoming month beforehand? Or do I have to wait until June 1 to see them?

You can click exclusive promos and then click view race leader boards. You can click June I believe but I don't think all the promotions are up. I believe they only show you the rake races and chases.

Merge have changed the promos yet. We and all the skins are lobbying hard to get them changed because they are ridiculously small. We obvioulsy have much bigger races at other rooms like Cake, NoiQ and Tilt (races which arent site wide etc) so regular race winners might be better off voting with their feet and moving to those rooms.

As for June promos, if they arent up now they will be in the morning.

Please note the discrepancies in bold and confirm which is correct.

So on Carbon Poker you went from an individual $10k rake chase, to a sitewide $10k rake race. I see you guys are in on the money grab as well.

I seriously have to explain it?

A single person could potentially have received $10,000 in bonus money in May. That same person now has to split the $10k with everyone else.

To make my point better, If I play the same amount in June as I did in May, I will get less than 25% of the rake race bonus money I got in May.

It should be more like a $50k sitewide rake race to even come close to what we had previously.

Sorry for being an ass, but Carbon ****ing sucks ass. They pulled every single promo they had previously, aren't paying on 50% of the ones they had before, and now you guys are piling on.

Of course you had to explain it Schwatt because you somehow have managed to infer that this is our fault in some way and that we are deliberately reducing promotions.

Nothing could be further from the truth. We have no say in the matter at all. We have met with and lobbied the heads of the Merge network and put forward our case regarding these derisory promotions. That is as much as we can do. You are not happy and that is clear. But you are wrongly suggesting that we are aiding and abetting this. with all due respect that is ridiculous.

If you are angry (which you clearly are) you should now be voting with your feet and showing the Merge network what you think of their actions. There are other choices to play on still.

But to suggest we are complicit in some way is plain wrong. Sorry but you are wrong.

Merge's culture is so different than Poker Stars' culture. Merge just doesn't see the forest from the trees. They are zigging when they should zag and zagging when they should zig.

That type of mentality can't be changed, therefore they will never rise to the top. They will sabotage themselves, then in the end, they will never rise to the top, they'll miss the boat and wonder why their success was short lived.

Poker Stars did things right. They gave two bits to get three, Merges gives 0.5 to get three. That formula doesn't work in the long run.

So you are saying Carbon put a cap of $10k on the rake race?

If so, then sorry for pointing the finger at you.
