sure, which email address you would like me to send to at RTR? Normally, RTR only direct/tell us to send email to poker sites for our issues.

Now after all the time you've been a member with us, you know that just isn't fair or true

If it's an issue we can solve ourselves we will. If it's an issue we can try and help with by contacting the room we will. And if it's a problem that we simply can't help with because the room won't discuss the issue with us, then we ask you to contact the room direct!

Anyway, email help@rtr... etc.

Kind regards

Hey bellini,

Since you are European the world is your oyster as far as choosing rooms is concerned. Software differs from Network to network and each has its pros and cons. Promotions wise, you should aim to play somewhere that you are going to get regular freerolls on a monthly basis.

I would recommend Party where you can also get free training courtesy of DragTheBar.com and also Full Tilt or Absolute/UB where we have monthly $15k freerolls.

Rather that create a long post here i will PM you with more details.

Best wishes

Hi SukandBlow

Yes you can sign up to as many rooms as you like through us for rakeback/vip cashback. Then with Party you can get the free training.

Best wishes

Just want to make closure of my issue. After i forwarded all of my emails to RTR, my issue was resolved in two days, thanks.

Also Noiq also offered me a 100 euor bonus as to show they do care of their players. While i appreciated the offer, still it had taken me more than two months to get the value for my NIP, plus i played about two moth to rake more than 20K in euro for those NIP, at the end, i decided i wouldn't play at noiq for the 100 euro bonus.

Thanks and issue closed, good luck every one!

If you sign up, is rakeback immediately tracked? Or does it take a while for the account to get tagged to RTR?

I'm not sure what any of that has to do with RTR, but if you don't have the patience to get an eWallet set up, poker might not be the game for you.

Hey dikkebilletjes

Providing you follow the instructions on the sign up pages, most accounts are tracked instantly and you can start playing. If there is a tracking issue these are usually resolved one way or another within 24 hours (or longer on the weekend because poker room affiliate teams don't work then) and we notify you ASAP

Hope that helps

Best wishes

With Merge now accepting Australian Players are all affiliates able to offer RB to their Au customers?

Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any restrictions before attempting signup.

Re: *** Official RakeTheRake Support and Promotions Thread ***

What is going to replace the Ipad freerolls at the end of April?

I play at Ladbrokes where there used to bet $40000 cash races each month. These gradually dropped to about $8000 I think. Then they got replaced with vouchers to spend in Ladbrokes poker shop, which was a bit annoying tbh though as I understand this was a Ladbrokes based decision? Now for the last few months there has only been freerolls for Ipads, which I have zero interest in. Seems to be all going downhill IMO..
