You dont need rakeback at Stars - they have their own internal rakeback system which returns up to 74% at SNE.

But by signing up through an affiliate you get all that plus any extras like freerolls etc

Anyone here will be screaming at you to tell you to definitely sign up through an affiliate first at FT. If you do it the other way round you may never get rakeback there, and if you did, you might not be eligible for any extra promos.

I joined RTR early May as I was on the lookout for a new site and wanted to get a decent deal. I signed up for the Ladbrokes deal at RTR. According to terms rb payout was due no later than 15th of the following month and I earned appr. $155 in rb in May. I also earned $40 in the May RTR/Ladbrokes rake race (uncertain of payout date for prize).

A couple of days after the 15th of June I emailed RTR as I had not yet received my rb (I had registered my Moneybookers as payout method). Now I have sent a total of 3 emails, none of which has been replied to...

I've been using the email form via RTR website and gotten confirmation that email was sent every time.

If I had joined some obscure affiliate site and didnt get paid I would probably have spent a few hours trash talking the site via all imaginable social media channels before letting it go. However, I've worked in the online gambling industry for nearly 7 years (just left it) and played online poker even longer. In short, I find it hard to believe RTR would want to screw me over for pocket change...However, I still want an explanation and my money.

PS: I'm actually not 100% sure whether the $40 prize money has been paid, as that is supposed to be paid to the ladbrokes poker account, which I dont always keep track of.

Firstly sorry you havent received any email replies. It wont be because you are being ignored but because the emails haven't made it through, or our replies aren't making it back. The site confirmation is just to let you know the form has been submitted. But that is by the by. We need to get to the bottom of that and I will PM you to run some email tests direct at least.

Regards your rakeback payments , these are not paid by RTR. They are dealt with by the room itself as per Microgaming rules.
Your Ladbrokes rakeback will have actually placed in to your account direct every Monday by Ladbrokes if it was due.

It is the race payments that are paid on or before the 15th in general. I am very happy to try and chase the $40 for you. Can you PM me your RTR number etc and i will email the relevant people to see what was...
..in fact dont worry given you signed up in May and won a race prize i have worked it out.

I have emailed Ladbrokes and hopefully will get an answer in the next day or so.

So based on that (which is easier to calculate than the cash) -

For Every 500 points earned you get $5 in bonus

500 points is $24 rake approx...

to clear $1,000 would be 200 times that or $4761 so it'e worth an extra 21% cashback

I would like to avoid getting 500$ instead of the IPad because IPad is 499€ in Germany...

I participated in some IPod promos on RTR and I never received the IPod. I always received cash instead without a specific reason...

Agreed with the sex and drugs part However Stars and other big sites has never had problems with accepting Dutch players. This is the first time to be honest that I see Dutch players are not accepted.
