I'm new to both RTR and Carbon. I just opened an account and deposited this afternoon. I used the code RTR2000 and deposited $1,000 but the only bonus I see is $30? I hope I'm overlooking something since I'm not used to Carbon. The only thing I see about a bonus is $30 on a "restricted by bonuses" line in the cashier.

Hey Sarua,

It's been a 4 day holiday here for Easter and the team are back today. We haven't had any complaints about rakeback payments for non-US players so I suspect everything is OK. Full Tilt seldom get it wrong on payments.

I have a guess at what your account might be based on your 2+2 user name and it looks like you have a negative rake at the moment from 2 weeks ago which you have not cleared yet and still had $11.28 in negative rake for last week's payments. Full Tilt carry all this forward from 1 week to another and so hence you were not due a payment on Friday.

One more quick question.

Do we have to "opt in" to the Cake 60k rake race promo or are we already in it if we have an existing RTR rakeback acct and are already receiving rakeback payments?

I see my name on the leaderboard but i didn't know if there was anything that i needed to do.
