Thanks for your feedback. In transferring the $600 we did what we felt was in the player's best interest. I think it is fair to state that given the relationship that we try to nurture with our members that most of them would email us first on something so simple like this. And any of the mods here and most players would also advise that as countless threads show when people have issues with an affiliate.

Got a problem with an affiliate? - Email them first for a resolution and if you get none or it’s not satisfactory then post here.
Also , just to
FYP, the player has
NOT emailed us at all. That email that he pasted was one that i sent last night at just before 11pm local time.
And additionally we did actually say that he has a right to post here when we said that it was his prerogative
And as stated in the original reply we are more than happy to resolve it with him. He just needs to get in touch.
