Hmm like the new site but it's giving me problems..

(1) I can't navigate through different tabs after logging in. It's stuck on the profile tab with the error, "Please check and update your profile details before moving on."

I have sucessfully updated my profile and it still won't let me navigate to see other tabs, like "summary".

(2) The reason why I'm trying to access the summary tab is because I want to see what promos I signed up for. I signed up for Carbon Poker yesterday and planned to deposit today via WU but I'm confused as RTR has launched new promos for today.

Yesterday when I signed up, I signed up for the iPad and personal rake chase promo. But today its a "Win an Around the World Poker Tour" promo and I can't find any details for the iPad and personal rake chase.. i'm confused :-/

Also, I'm thinking about making the switch to RPMPoker instead, looks like there service is a little stronger within the community. I haven't played a hand at Carbon, can I get my account retagged for rakeback?

What happened to the RPM rake chase?

All the promos still exist guys, we are just sorting out a couple of gremlins!

No problem for me but FYI the link to your home page on my browser no longer will bring me to your site. I logged in to the new site and confirmed my info and received an email informing me that info was changed even though no changes were made. The contact us and referral links in the email do not work and I receive the same error as my favorites link in my browser, "web site not found". The links to the Merge promos brings me to the new website but it says there is no such page.

Do transfers on the Merge network work on every site? I am owed a bunch of referral money but only have RPM account. The option to select says, "Carbon" Is it ok to put in my RPM name so I can get referral money?

Looked through a few of the last replies, can anyone confirm that there is still a rake rake? I can't find it on the new page but assuming you guys would have said something.

Throughout May, RTR was to provide a personal rake chase for RPM. After the new website, I no longer see the personal rake chase. Does it still exist?

I can`t see juicy stakes rakeback offer in the new site.. I just signed up,deposited through rtr couple of days ago. Are you guys not going to provide rb or future promotions ( rake race,freeroll rtc. ) for juicystakes anymore ?!

Im in the same boat. I am open to change and realise it always take a while to adpat etc. However without any email notice or nothing when I first jumped on I wasn't entirely sure what was going on as the colours have been completely changed and everything.

RTR, what were the reasons for redesigning? I cannot think of any problems with the previous site and cannot recall anyone complaining about anything.

Ozgur, we will no longer be signing up new players at Juicy Stakes but all previous deals still exist as normal. We wont be updating the Chase at Juicy throughout May but will still honour the Rake Chase on the usual terms.

Hi RTR, about a week ago I changed my payment method to blank so I wouldn't receive my payment for referrals on my UB account anymore, I see now that you have added other poker rooms to receive payments there, I just changed mine to receive to Carbon, was just wondering will I receive my referrals payment for April this month on Carbon? Or is it too late for that and I will get it next month? Thank you.
