For those hat were having issues with Ignition's poker client, is it still happening?

It is for me. Windows 10 - I knew it wouldn't work as the main panel is dark and doesn't show the poker site greyed out like it normally does.

I am on a MAC and it is still down for me too. Maybe if we all complain and ask for them to re-update with the previous version...

While I am waiting for Ignition to come back, what is your 2nd favorite place to play? I have only been playing on Ignition since Black Friday (I think that is what we called it) and have not tried any other sites.

Can't be down for everyone though as it's been a day for me. That would have got way more messages here and they would have an announcement. At least I expect so. The software auto-updates too so everyone should have had it by now.

I am able to play on my iPad with the Mobile feature. However, unable to play on my MAC. I've tried many ways of uninstalling and re-installing, including removing all history and cookies from all browsers I have even if I don't run them. To no avail. It would be nice if someone who is running it successfully AFTER the last update would us know, would help alot. And also let us know what version of O/S they are running etc.

I just got off chat again. I guess they have finally acknowledged there is an issue and they are working on it. No update yet.

That is the first thing I tried. That did not work for me not to mention the many other things I've done. I just got off today's chat session and they have finally said there is a problem and they are working on it but they have no ETA as they do not yet know what the issue is. However, it is happening to many if not most. It is possible they are throwing things over the wall and you snuck in to a good moment. But to Ignition, there is a definite issue. Off to my iPad for awhile.

Thanks SFSaillady. That's progress. I have had 2 chats and a phone call and they did not acknowledge any issues. Wankers.

My main site is BetOnline. I switched to it just over two years ago specifically because of the constant tilt inducing software issues found at this network. BetOnline is not as soft, but the vastly superior software provides me with a much better overall experience.

SportsBetting is a partner site to BetOnline. They are each on the Chico Network where the players from each site are pooled together in the same way that Ignition and Bovada players are pooled together.

Another solid option is Global Poker. They even have their own forum here.

For the rest of your options in the USA you can read the link below. The last page of the thread has some updated information.

If it helps any, I have been unable to log in for 2 days. Tried everything. Chat support says they are working on it.

Yes, I am getting the greyed out poker client now in the main window, which is why I knew it would work. There was no software update, still same version 4.64.00 that has failed for two days. No idea why it started working. I changed nothing from the previous failed attempt.

And therein dies another conspiracy theory.
The conspiracy theories were certainly off. However, it's important to note that the WSOP.com social media interacted with zero player concerns, announced nothing related to the crash, and, according to numerous reports, player emails and phone calls went unanswered. That is not acceptable to me.

This company has significant operational and management issues. I don't see how anyone can argue otherwise.

This is not how a regulated poker site should be handling situations like this IMO. Most, maybe even all, offshore ones own these issues and keep players informed. Why can't a licensed poker site do it?

It's time to stop defending this operation. It's time to demand better from regulators.

Jesus. I expect this from the offshore sites, not the regulated ones.
