Just disconnected and can't log back in while in 4 sngs. This is troublesome considering that yesterday they didn't issue me a refund when this happened and it was clearly their fault. Can anybody actually play?

Can't play here either. How much longer do I need to keep trying for before I go on with my night? I'm happy to get a refund, but going to be pissed if I stop trying to get in and they don't refund me...

if you were unable to log back in and were blinded out as a result of this, did you call support?

most likely taking off all my $$$ from Ignition and depositing on ACR. I hear ACR is updating software soon. impossible it can be as bad as this. I was playing $11 6max satty to $55 nightly and we were 3handed against massive fish(as always) and if they dont just gift me a $55 nightly ticket Im done. More faith in ACR at this point.

It's down for me too. It was fine 15 minutes ago but got a disconnect message and now BSOD when I restart the client.

This was my first night playing on Bovada....was deep in 3 tourneys when disconnect happened.... this happens a lot?? Do they refund if the site goes down? wtf?

This is a joke. Deep in 2 tourneys and it just crashes. I unistalled and reinstalled twice and get chinese characters. emailed them and no response. So unprofessional. I'm definitely thinking of just pulling everything out. Somebody tell me why I shouldn't

ACR already has vastly better software, even without an update. I'm pretty sure their cash games are reg/bot-fests, though. Not sure about their tournaments.

i late reg for the $44 5kguar, it froze while trying to play on my phone. turned on my computer, opened bovada and message came up "operation did not complete successful because file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software." then the app auto uninstalled.. hmm..

SNG froze and I was unable to restart it. When I shut down the software and tried to restart it, it wouldn't work and I had to download it again. I called and they told me the problem was on my end. I said that it can't be on my end because it happened to another guy at the same table, I was told that I am assuming he had the same problem just because he also folded his way down to 0, but the problem was definitely on my end. I said that 10 people on the 2p2 forum complained of the same problem, and he told me that we aren't talking about people on a forum, we are talking about me, and the problem is definitely on my end. So I gave up and hung up.
