Also getting BSOD. Has anyone figured out what the problem is? After closing out Ignition, I don't have any lobby.exe's executing.

I tried the task manager fix and that didn't work. I've emailed support twice and just automated responses. What a joke... They do upgrades without any type of beta testing. hence the problems.

I don't think this is from an update. I believe the software updated yesterday or the day before. I played yesterday without any problems. Perhaps one of the lobby.exe's isn't spawning as it should. I count 15 of them currently, but it may need another one!? Other people had this problem and the problem just went away without any apparent fix or reason... this would seem that there is some kind of temporary issue on the server side. Just guessing. Looks like I don't play poker tonight.

I wonder if the new capcha login has something to do with this... like maybe it's a separate site and it's down.

Question for the community: please indicate if you are able to logon to Ignition and where you're located geographically. I don't see too many posts about folks having problems, so I'm wondering if it is some kind of local internet issue. If Ignition itself was having a problem, I suspect we'd see a lot more folks complaining.

played all week up to about 2 hours ago with no issues. Curious though that today when i initially logged in there was no capcha login. Software froze than now black screen similar to everybody else. I am in MN btw.

Got black screen but was still able to select my language from drop down menu at the top, rest of lobby wasn’t viable. Restarted computer and everything working fine had to do captcha.

Restarting does not fix the black screen for me.

Only fresh wipe/reinstall works. No need to restart the computer in between.

No captcha. Had to do it twice already, so if you can try to not log out during the session...

Anyone have a solution for getting a “version of software is already running” message that prevents Bovada software from opening? Reinstall doesn’t work, rebooting computer doesn’t work. Windows 7 or 8.
