You Windows 10 users that still can't log in, the path is C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\ignitioncasino-eu-poker.

AppData is a hidden file so you may need to copy and paste the path into an Explorer window. Be sure to replace the ... with whatever account you log into your Windows PC. It will be one of the folders in C:\Users.

I would add in an additional precautionary step between 2 and 3. Copy the entire folder named ignitioncasino-eu-poker with all its contents to your desktop before making any deletions.

In step 3, be sure to delete all the folders as well, leaving only user-settings.json. They will be recreated when Ignition starts up.

I've been disconnected today from my cash tables. 3 of my 4 tables disconnected, the 4th was fine. Cash from these tables has not returned to my balance and I must have lost money from the disconnects as 2 tables had hands at the river I was betting/ calling (unless villain also disconnected at the same time!)

I know there's probably no one from party reading this anymore, but......wtf how is this crap still going down like THIS

There has to be some kind of protocol, where you guys post on twitter or w/e that mtts will be canceled and refunded and not let people wait for hours ffs...

the mtts are all still there and either on paused or playing (no one plays though)

If this goes on for days now, I just wait it out and win uncontested.

approaching the 5 hour mark now
