Hello guys, I am writing this post and feeling very sad. I have had a really big issue with Pokerstars.com and it is about my money and I want to share this with you. (Sorry for my English, it is far from perfect).

I made a withdrawal request of 1000$ and the transaction was sent for processing on 18/04/18. As PS says in a period of at least 3-5 business days following the date the money should arrive in my bank. In the past I have already made a withdrawal and the money was successfully sent to my bank, so there are no problems with my bank.

As the money didn’t arrive to my bank, on 07/05/18 I asked Pokerstars to send me MT 103 form as a documented evidence that the funds were indeed sent to my bank account, so my bank should then be able to trace down the funds. In the past I did already a request of MT 103 and Pokerstars payment service sent me it in a few days.

But in this case I am still waiting for my MT 103 form from 07/05/18 and just receiving emails from PS that I should not worry and that they are investigating about my funds. They sent me an email where they were telling that the Processor assured that he will send me this MT 103 until May 16th (End Of Day) – as you can understand it was never received.

I asked to forward my emails to the Supervisor of Stars Payment Services and you can read the answer from him on the screenshoot attached (shortly speaking he said me not to feel anxious and to trust that they are doing all possible 

I asked them to give me the exact date at least when I can receive this MT 103 as a proof that the funds were sent to the bank, but the answer is always the same: “Don’t worry! Wait!”.

And the last drop was an email where PS is saying that “we are not withholding your funds as they were successfully processed and sent to your bank. Our payment processors are working on locating the whereabouts of the funds and providing you with the proof”. So without any proof you can not say that my funds were SUCCESSFULLY sent to the bank!!!!!! (Please read the whole email in the files attached).

I think it is really weird and unfair the case that they are withholding the funds without any clear reason and can not give me any proof of the transaction! And how long should I wait – months, years or I will never see my money? Because this money is really important form me!!

Please be patient! Comical. You are waiting over a month for a transaction which takes 3 to 5 " business days" . Maybe they only work one day a week.Seriously though, when Visa comes across a suspicious transaction, they text or call, we reply, they fix it in 5 minutes. I'm not sure why the poker sites have issues with locating transactions and processing them. It's like they enjoy the aggrevation of multiple emails and doing the run around dance.

All that said assuming everything is as described.
