PS ACC hacked, Stars doesnt reply...

Hey, sorry for posting here but couldnt find apropiate forum for that matter.
Recently i got an automated email from pokerstars that my email adress has been changed, soon later on that my password has been changed (email had to be changed manually by pokerstars security)
Few days later i realized that, emailed pokerstars support, they asked for documents, photo of me holding ID etc and reseted my password back. Obviously my accounts balance was 0
Since then pokerstars doesnt reply to any of my emails, ZERO! I cant even close my account...
Anyone been in such situation? Any advice guys how can i proceed with this?

You have to be patient. This is not 5 years ago when pokerstars responded to you within an hour, tops. This is 2018 Pokerstars that milks every saturated penny and takes days/weeks to respond.

Just wait and after some time you will receive email saying that it's your fault.
