PPPoker Got my Money Stolen By Stax Agent

Sadly, I’m left with no choice but to post this and warn the rest of the poker community about this scammer, Skylar Stillwagon. My friend and I signed up through him to play on PPPoker earlier in the year. I started playing a lot after the wsop and wanted to see how the cash out process worked. I messaged him but no response. My friend messaged him, no response. I tried to play some poker, but now I couldn’t enter my account. The club name is called Stax Poker. Money stolen was a considerable account, combined between him and I, over 35k. Any info would be appreciated, I wonder if I’m the only one here scammed out of my money.

not victim shaming here , and I;m sorry you got scammed.

But for god's sake when are people gonna stop playing on these apps with the agency model or really any cash in / out model.

When USA gets their act together and offers real games again.

Sunshine club is riddled with collusion. F them all. Stay away. Seriously. Not worth the stress playing in any of the clubs. Just being cheated left and right.

how many stillwagons are there? my agent was one. forget the name. wasnt skylar. k-something. on yourpppokerclub.com (was in union w stax)- i didn't play for awhile and looks like the club disolved and is now some janky sportsbetting site?

(or was. looks like they shut that down too)

hope you get your funds that's a lot of money.

35k is a pretty big chunk to have on a site and never have tested if the "cashier" works or not! Gotta test that out sooner IMO

I'm looking for someone with lots experience playing at these types of agent sites to help write some articles so that we can warn people what to look out for and save them from issues like this in the future.

Skylar was the owner of the club, but yes they were formerly part of one of the big US unions. If OP is based in the US the union has stated they will help recover some of the funds for US players stolen by Stax. Happy to forward contact details if he can't find them just PM me.

thank you for replies guys, I got in contact with Sunshine and we are currently doing a deal that I think works for both parties. I'm still putting my trust in them, but so far, they have been nothing but very professional about the entire situation. Apparently Skylar Stillwagon stole more than just money from me and my friend, just ruthless thievery by this scumbag.

People should never let their player balances grow like this. Just cash out when you have a few k. No reason to roll these amounts.
