I think 30% rb is already a good deal. I get only 25% but this is because I have an agent.

How profit sharing among agents and club owners work is usually:

50% for club owners
50% for agents(only includes players that they bring)

Usually it's the agent that gives you rakeback from his own percentage so in my case me and my agent get one-half of the 50% making it 25%.

If you know the owner personally and you have been playing for quite a while, I think you can ask for more especially if you play a lot.

Being an agent is definitely easy money especially if you can bring in a lot of players. No upfront cost, just need to recruit players

Interesting! So if you get 25% rakeback then your agent earns the same amount as you? If you find another agent then surely you could negotiate a substanially higher %?

Once again every club is different and if your agent is telling you he gets 50% or if your agent really gets 50% is written on another peaze of paper

Just an FYI - I contacted PPPoker security since they have launched their "security team" and commitment to protecting the games (not sure if they even have one but I don't mind playing in more secure games) in regards to using a third party hud program (linking PPPoker Card Catcher DriveHud version, the pokermasterhud one and H2N) and got the following response;

So whilst HUD still works and there is no detection as far as I am aware this is the first time PPP has specifically clarified that huds are against ToS or any third party software (awaiting further clarification on emulators)


This whole glitch with emulators and not being able to sit at a table if someone else is using one or the location error is also a major pain in the ass, hopefully can get some clarity in regards to this

some guys I know got 40%- but most have left / went broke

Games got alot tougher thats for sure

Don’t see how it’s possible to make a hud for the new multitable system.
I wonder why they changed this. Maybe harder for bots or something. That’s all I can come up with. Def will hurt their bottom line. I only play one table on ppp now, can’t be bothered to pay attention to multiple tabs. New system is crap.

Edit - maybe they want regs to hate it and not multitable if they are trying to keep games fishy

yeah thats what i thought too but it seems like people are still using the pppoker card catcher/HUD. are they running a previous version of pppoker or possibly using an emulator to bypass this issue?

I’m guessing if people are still using the card catcher they are only one tabling now.

If you ask pretty much any poker site if they allow HUDs, nearly all of them will say the same thing, except sites like pokerstars that have created allowed tools. This has been going on in online poker for about 20 years. They tell their support to say vague comments because they are ok w/ HUDs, but don't want to overtly state this.

No one is being banned from the site from what I've seen to this point. If anyone does, then please let us and everyone know. What they are concerned about is colluding, bots, etc..

And you can still multi-table w/ the card catcher but you need to use an emulator, which is what most people were always doing. KOplayer is a good one for the site.

no idea what for, PPP support seem like a bunch of ******s.

not running bots, not colluding. Using 3rd party Hud and have like 35 accounts over like 8 clubs lol.

I'm getting 30% rakeback currently from PPP clone UPoker (earned about $150USD rb last week) and my agent says he gets 45%. Does that mean that if I were to become an agent myself I'd get 75% rb?

Apparently I'm supposed to be able to adjust my emulator settings (Nox) so that I don't get the 'GPS location too close' message in UPoker - would anyone know which settings to adjust please?

Tried many things but didn't work.
The emulators reroute the gps & I tried to disable it but didn't work

there is the tool wich is removes 1 table restriction, its commercial so i cant give you links but you could google it.

Did you lose money? My agent told me if my account gets banned that I won’t lose $. I’d just have to create a new account and he can move the funds there.

Kind of makes their whole security upgrade pointless if this is true.

Of course not.

PPPoker does tell agents and clubs to confiscate funds. So then it is a pure luck. If your agent/club knows that the entire you are a bot thing is a sham they will just ignore and pay you. If you are not lucky you will get stiffed.

Basically for quite a while PPPoker tried to get rid of most of the winners from big unions etc. This entire "you are a bot thing" is outright scam. They do not do any security check.

I can't even have pt4 open while the the app/program is running. Makes me sit out and closes table til I close pt4. This is a bit ridiculous. I'm not using cardcatcher or poker runner.
