I had played in one of asian clubs. After inactivity of 5 months they deleted me. I had two IDs.
When i contacted my agent he said its not his fault. When i contacted the admin he says they cant track old records and my chips are gone for sure.
This is really bad.
Anyone had similar experience?

Try rejoining the club.. the chips should appear once you’re back in

I tried rejoining but no chips at all. The club owner said the same. But he has no clue. They have no records. He says all records get deleted weekly. Will contacting PPPoker directly be helpful.

Above where your balance is on the very top right corner there is a symbol that looks two people. Assuming you havent used that account since they 'took your chips' there will be a red dot on it, meaning there has been some activity to trade balance (chips back and forth)

click the icon. when it pops up, click ''trade record'. You should be able to see all ur transactions of chips coming in and out of your account there. hope that helps

Not much. It was micros. Around 4000 chips split in Two IDs.

I was a FL player. Shifted to NL not so long ago.

computer version spontaneously exits.

I was kicked off a table today and have no idea why.

it happened to me a couple of times where the admin kicked me from the table.

Was basically because they were shutting all tables down so they can do club accounting.

Another time got kicked by admin on a HU table and agent msg me like 5 mins later says club stopping HU tables.

When I click in the raise button, on the computer version, the software windows goes black.
I've tried to install a lot of video drivers, but can't fix it. I'm using win 8.1 pro, with mobile Intel(R) 4 series.

The games are quite fishy but the most difficult is to find an agent that you really trust. I have heard lot of stories of people not receiving their money.

In the STAX union I’ve seen two different sets of 5+ players with the same custom avatar. Oddly suspicious.

Is anyone playing midstakes nlhe (/$2 - /$10) on whatever union that is stax, breeds, sunshine, cyprus, shootingrange etc?

I find one type of player extremly supsicious, and they seemingly play everything from the absolute lowest stakes up to /$6, and they dont seem to care what stake it is, and it is usually 2 of them on every table which is obv not normal. They all have stats that are very "off" in some spots (and all of them the same) compared to basically any normal winning reg at any site.

CO and BTN are the suspects here, MP limper is one of the bigger funplayers atm on the site, and there should really be no reason at all to limp behind him with a big hand. (Unless you know btn is gonna isoraise 3bb with 2 limpers)

Yes, people are playing in teams constantly 24/7 on all major unions.

HM this is really not bot like line. Seems he tried to re iso fish knowing that BTN is never strong with this sizing. If you have more details I would like to know.

Pretty uncommon in NLH to be honest which that was though, not impossible though. Like all poker platforms I'd be wary of accounts that play same table a lot in PLO/PLO5/OFC/Short Deck... While there is GPS/IP restriction and proper unions/clubs try to stop collusion it does happen.

Also **** playing in any new club/union that hasn't stood the test of time. So many clubs out there these days to choose from, no reason to play on any of the riskier options with new club ID's.
