10 business days ago I withdrew 500 USD via bank wire transfer. Does it always take this long to get the money? I read that i can take up to 8 days in total to receive.

is someone else having this issue?

I did that ofc. Five days ago and still have no response. Thats why I turned here to ask, if people are having this issue or whether it just takes long

does PS only have live chat support on the UK site?

What country are you in? That makes a BIG difference to how long wires take.

Two bits of information that would've been great to include in the OP.

I'd assume UK going by his location, but of course not everyone's location reflects where they are presently, or ever. And he could be in Bristol, QC, or another Bristol.

Took me like 2.5 weeks to receive a wire in Canada.

Support was no help but after they finally processed it they gave me a free ten dollars.

I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago (as a loooong time customer, never had a problem). Now, conveniently, they wanted to verify ID & address again. Sent them the required documents and snap got this response:

Classic shady site playbook, just wished stars didn't have to go that low.

As per the other similar posts, it seems like less Support staff rather than high volume.

im from Switzerland. Tried cashing out for like a month. At first i wasn´t allowed to cause i exchanged like 40 bucks in Stars Coins, then they asked for Verification which i sent in like 2 Weeks ago. No response yet.

What´s going on? Stars money not safe anymore? As shady as they have threated Players in recent history i wouldnt be surprised tbh if another Black Friday Type Scandal was about to happen. Advising ppl here not to deposit on the Site anymore at this Point since i´ve heard about these Issues from a lot of other ppl right now.

I am swiss aswell. The day they closed their platform for us, I exchanged all my coins and cashed out almost 5 figures to my skrill account. This took like 30 minutes.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting the worst after reading all the threads here. Maybe I was just lucky.

after over 2 Weeks of not hearing from them i was told they needed another bill from me ( sent them one already and followed every rule in the process ). So now im gonna send them another one and it will likely take another 2 Weeks until anything happens.
So basically waiting for my money for close to 1.5months up until that point.
Skrill might be easier, i cashout to my bank account.

I don't know whether it's country specific, but I have to say that the customer service I receive from Stars is absolutely unrivalled.

I recently went back to their site after a period elsewhere and had to do the verification process as per the new law - completed it via a live chat session... it was literally about 3 minutes between me opening the client and completing verification, really impressive.

I also find that withdrawals for me are processed quicker than anywhere else I've played, and system outages are rarer than most of sites I've played at. Always found this thread interesting in all the issues people are having as I've really not had a hint of anything like that - if anything Stars support has gotten better for me over the years.

I have been waiting for a cashout for almost 2 months(!) now. Documents takes forever to be confirmed, i have been promised in chats that it will be done within 24 hours and then nothing happens. The emails and chats all contain some mixture of broken English.

I just had a maraton chat session were they tried to get rid of me and i wouldnt take no for an answer and WOOOPS after 45 minutes the withdrawal got approved. Im not even sure it will stay that way untill i see the money in my bank.

Played poker for a long time and only time ive been treated like this was when sites had money issues/went under. Not saying this is happening here but boy is it sad what pokerstars has become.

They don't want people to withdraw money. They want you to either lose it to rake, lose it in their casino or in the sportsbook.
