i figure I might as well chime in here, as I have gotten quite a few things from PS.
I am extremely happy with any and all items I have bought, the quality is top notch, a few examples, the long sleeve t shirt is great, the baseball jersey is comfortable, the denim shirt is 5 years old and still looks great, the black shirt gets noticed and compliments all the time, the hat is very comfortable, but without question the item I am most sattisfied with are the sunglasses! I love them, from the frames to the lenses, couldnt be happier,,my goal was to get the downfilled winter jacket, but its so expensive and I have pretty much converted to Full Tilt now, (cause of the chinese stud players) BUT THATS another story..Ill check ebay from time to time for that eleusive winter jacket i want so bad.

Got a 18" laptop this week to help with multi tabling and my old sleeve and bag obviously are too small. Shame PS doesnt do laptop sleeves/bags for bigger laptops.

Any idea when the caps will be available again? Finally you got the Spade hoody I was waiting for for 2 months, and now the caps arent in stock. Trust me to take the "I'll order them all together" approach.

I got a PokerStars Men's Leather Bike Jacket (10000 points), quite long ago. It's nice, as pictured, BUT... it smells. In the beginning I thought it's normal leather smell, and would go away with time. But it didn't.

It's either made of poor quality leather, or, unluckily, mine was defective.

Would be good for you to check it out - and if you find that indeed the leather quality is poor, I would appreciate taking it off the store - and maybe refunding my 10000?

Just received the pull-over hoodie. It is really good quality and I recommend it to anyone. I suggest order a size up though because it is pretty tight. but nonetheless great quality

Honesttly...i would stick with the books and cash prizes...they do deliver promptly...just make sure you buy something thats worth delivering !

Also, why'd you start this thread to ask if your 16" would fit? It says right in the item description that it fits up to 16" laptops. (unless they've just added that, which would kind of make sense)

also, +1 on the beanie and scarf. 8 bucks for both (during the sale obv) and served me well all winter.

In all fairness for 10k points you probably aren't going to be able to get a decent leather jacket.

Maybe I'm in the minority but would wish pokerstars would offer clothing that isn't adorned with their label. I just don't feel like paying to be a walking billboard (even if their design has improved over the last year). It also seems like tournament ticket is ebtter value than clothing.

Is there a thread around here that talks about best value? I'm guessing its tournament tickets or gift certificates as most items do not seem to be that great of a deal.

yeah they just added it to the description when i checked back. Also, it still doesn't specify if it fits widescreen 16''. i found my answer out anyway, but haven't received the bag yet. When i do, i'll tell you how snug/loose it is.

And the mini chip set also has been out of stock for quite a while, it costs around 3k FPP's. When will this be available again?

I really want some Pokerstars merch but it looks like it tops out at 4x... normally I'm a 3x kind of guy but a lot of people are saying "order a size up." :-/

I dont understand why anyone buys electronics from the store. If you want them then way better value to order gift certificates. I am in Canada and comparison is:
$250 Future Shop gift card = 16,700 points
Sony Blu-Ray Player = 17,000 or $150 at future shop

Maybe its different in the States but here its waaaay better value getting gift cards for all electronics I have ever looked up. Also if you have more points the $1000 gift card is even better value.

I will chime in and say that I spent 60K FPPs to get the deluxe clay poker chip set (500 chips) and I was VERY impressed. They are definitely casino-quality chips, and the case was also top quality. I would estimate that the chips and case would run about $800 if purchased from pokerchipsonline.com

why are all the playing cards jumbo pips, can we have regular ones?

Not sure if it has been mentioned yet but the Electronic store gift certificates are a great option for purchasing such things as a playstation 3. Here in Canada the $250 GC for 16700 fpp's is just about enough to cover the cost.Good option if you find the VIP store selection lacking.
