I joined pokerstars 2 days ago and I deposited £10 into my account.

I joined a micro table and won about £15 to give an aggregate total of £25 on my account. The morning after, I woke up to a notification which said that "your stars account has been temporarily restricted pending a routine security investigation etc...).

They did not respond for a day so I sent an email and they replied asking for a form of verification document. I sent them a photo of my driving license and they said:

"Thank you for your time today!
We're happy to confirm that the automated verification of your Stars Account details has been successfully completed.
We thank you for choosing us and wish you good luck!"

This was over 12 hours ago however, when I log on to pokerstars, I still get the same notification saying that my account has been temporaily blocked

I'm not sure why I still cannot play and I want to start playing immediately because its so much fun on pokerstars!

Give it a couple of days, being the weekend and all that. Don’t spam them, it wont help

old pokerstars support responded in weekends also and very fast, but now with amaya is like every other room support
