At the end of January I started experiencing disconnections from PokerStars servers despite being able to surf the internet without interruptions at the same time. They gave me some advices that my ISP later called "ridiculous" and suggested that they probably don't know how the global Internet works.

On February 3 I experienced simillar issue again, sent them a ticket providing logs+NSR, they replied with some bull**** so I asked them ~4 more questions as their answer hasn't satisfied me. They sent me an e-mail saying that my message was forwarded to the appropriate team.

A week later (Feb 10) I sent another message asking them to provide some information about the status of my request, how much longer will I have to wait as this was pretty important to me because if I can't play safely on their site I'll need to move funds, set up new schedules etc. 0 response.

On Feb 17 I played 2 daily spin games to use my free spins before they expire - I won AI shootout ticket in each of these spins but I haven't received any tickets nor was I registered to such tournaments so I emailed the support again. They said that they have checked my account and saw that I've been registered to AI shootout as a reward for completing the daily spin.

The problem is, I was online on P* from completing the daily spin till late night on that day and there was no AI shootout tourney that popped up during my session, also before logging out I checked if I'm registered in any tournaments and I wasn't. So I emailed them again to clarify this/show me the history of that AI shootout tournament I was allegedly registered to etc. 0 response.

Today is February 21. 3 days ago I sent them another ticket asking why they started ignoring me in these 2 cases. 0 response.

Turns out PokerStars support is not that quick/good as some people say. Anybody had similar experiences?

It's common knowledge that Stars' support is nowhere near as good as it used to be, but despite that and the decimation of rewards people like yourself still insist on playing there when alternatives are available

The truth is, we're there only for financial purposes. That's what puts us in terrible position and gives them tremendous leverage. There's no space for feelings in business.

What kind of thread is this? My understanding is that 1 guy from 50k players has some connection issues. He expects Pokerstars to resolve his problem like they would have access to his ISP or PC.

First thing you do when you have lag, connection issues etc you visit 2+2 and see if someone else is complaing about lag in the "Pokerstars software and improvement thread". If no one has lag it's pretty obvious it's because of you and you should resolve the problem yourself!

Actually I reached out to their live support where one of their agents told me that my cases are complicated and still under review. I'll put this thread on hold in this case but anyway this doesn't justify them not responding to e-mails/complaints about lack of response from their side.

My issue with connection to their servers is complicated as most likely the problem is somewhere between my ISP and their network, but that's not the topic, the problem is that they haven't replied to my 4 of my messages for a unusually long time.

Yeah well these idiots seem to ignore everything nowadays.

I realised not long ago that Stars will be having a festival in Korea when I'm in Seoul, so I checked the stars lobby for satellites and I saw they are awarding main event seats per every $1089.xx in the prize pool despite the main event being a 1.8 million KRW buyin (roughly $1600). E-mailed the live events people + support about a week ago, no response from either other than the "We'll forward this to appropriate people" and the satty's in the lobby are still the same, lol.
