I m not sure if this is right place to post this, played this hand today on ps. We were all in ott and opponent selected cash out options ( which means we will pay out proportional to our equity. I have something like 95%), but on the end of hand I receive 1/2 of the pot and he receive something like 5%, so there is almost half pot missing in pay outs after the hand.

Did anybody had similar problem?

looool prob a mistake on their part where they didn't account for split pots with the cashout option, I'm guessing the dude will get a refund

nevermind actually, he cashed out with 3% equity, so yeah stars wins

$9.07 seems a bit high for rake on the hand ....

Have you tried Stars customer service ?

K7 cashed out so he isn't suppoused to get anything back and stars takes that part of the pot. And because it's a split pot you get your half minus the rake. No stealing here. I assume this is correct but correct me if not.

You get half the pot since it is a split pot.
He gets the 0.59 that was his equity on the turn, since he chosed to cash out.

I did send them e-mail, but PS customer service is really slow.

When somebody select cash-out, all players in the pot get share of the pot. Its not like if i win i get whole pot and they pay him his part, cuz they would lose money in that case.

Bolded isn't true. Only players that select to cash-out are cashed out, everybody else is paid out as normal.

Lol no they don't. Player who cashes out he gets the raw equity - the free. Rest of the hand is played and paid out normally. After that it becomes like playing against the house. You win you get the pot you lose the house (in this case stars) gets the pot. In the end stars makes money in this format it was calculated here somewhere when it first appearared. That's why cashing out isn't free if you didn't know that.
