UK client 10966 glitching all over the place, no buttons, cant close table, cant take seat, watching timebank go down. have to restart w heaps of tables open to sit back in and not be blinded out while the tables frozen.

Half an hour in line, when im supposed to take the seat, i realize i am not the one who is taking the seat? like i am out of the line and i have to do it again, does it have a limit to stay in line??

You make me tilt even before to start playing, the software itself is -EV, PS7 is such a disgrace at least for Mac, it sucks and i hope you realize how it sucks so bad!! its been more than 6 months and you have not done anything to improve the mac version, it is slow to takes seats, opening tables, lag scrolling in the lobby, slow tab openning, "lateral bar" WTF!! we need the simple up standing regular menus!! it is frustrating man!! I am sure i am speaking for all the Mac users who just stay in there and dont say ONE thing.

Any way to filter tourney announcements? Atm tourney announcement pop up messages really spam the chat box and also lot of unnecessary announcements appear in the table which I'll never be playing. Filter by buy in, game types, scheduled mtts/satellites/ would be nice. Its better to have filtered tourney announcements pop up messages than having it disabled.

Also if its possible to have separate tab for tourney announcements in game table? As of now all the announcements go to our chat box which spams our chat box, instead I want them to have a separate tab for them in case we miss the announcements

Chat/Notes/Stats/Info/Announcements

this has happened 2 more times (within 2 weeks), i've never noticed missclicking anything, so maybe it's some bug?
the missclick scenario is not entirely impossible, but i think it's a bit odd to have it happen so often, with the same set-up, and without noticing.

If you use a mouse with your laptop instead of your touchpad, does it work differently?

Are you using any third-party apps that might be misinterpreting your touchpad actions?

Is your touchpad driver up-to-date?

What client version are you using? (Go to Help > About PokerStars and look for the 5-digit build number in the upper right).

If this continues to happen, please contact Support with your log files. Go to Help > Log Files, type in a full description of your equipment, your option setting and the effect, the click Send Log Files.

I’m sorry you are having problems. I know how frustrating it is for you.

Regarding wait lists, there is no time limit for being on the list. However, when your place in the line comes up for an available seat, you have only sixty seconds to respond to the alert, otherwise the seat goes to the next waiting player in line and you are removed from the list. So, yes, if you miss the alert or don’t respond to it within 60 seconds, another player will be seated and you’ll have to rejoin the list.

I know you have been experiencing problems with your Mac and PS7 for a long time, but the vast majority of Mac users (and we have many tens of thousands of players using Mac clients every day) do not seem to be seeing the problems you are having. If even 1% of them were timing out of wait list alerts – and even if only 1-out-of-10 of those bothered to complain to us, we’d be seeing dozens of complaints every day and, with that much feedback, it would be easy for us to isolate the problem and fix it.
We do get occasional complaints of lag from a few other Mac players, but typically the reports are vague and there are no specifics we can give our developers to investigate. We are not able to reproduce the effects being reported, so there is not much we can do.

At this point there is no way to filter the tournament announcements. As you alluded, you can choose to have them appear in the chat thread or in a banner at the top of the table, or not at all, but that’s it.

Thanks for reporting this and for sending in your logs. It might be a bug, although we have not heard of anyone else having the bust out messages disappear like that.

For those who may not know, most simple bust-out messages have a “Do not show again” option, which when clicked will prevent these popups from appearing. If you click that inadvertently, you can restore the messages by going to Tools > Restore Info Messages and click the ‘Restore Pop Ups’ button.



Bust-out messages that have call-to-action sections or important information will not be affected by the option to dismiss, they will continue to appear.

We have heard of a few cases where iOS 9 is having problems with lower-end phones and older devices.

If any players experience a crash with iOS 9, please send your log files to Support so we can investigate whether our app is affected.

Thanks for that, I was looking for that in wrong section. So anyway after I turned on tourney announcements, those pop up messages were appearing just above my cards and were unpleasant.



Table theme: Nova

Obviously I changed my seat to top seat but I always prefer center bottom seat, it would be nice to have tourney announcements messages appear as banners just like in mercury theme. The only thing I don't like about mercury theme is the Stats tab - they eat too much of space mentioning the current game session and shows less stats which I posted earlier in this thread to which you acknowledged

You have to earn 1000 FPPs to claim the $10 reward the more you play the more FPPs you will get and the higher the rewards, I do know there was & maybe still is an issue with some players not being able to buy real money rewards for FPPs though the VIP store a few weeks back due to some bug.
Also make sure you have clicked on 2015 rewards and not 2014.

Re-order the stats in the info box for pskos imo.

With tables at min size you can only see the top two lines, so at the moment that's "my position" and "bounties earned". Bounties earned not really something you're going to want to check often at a glance but "places paid" instead would be useful while playing so you can see how many left, your position and how many paid like in regular freezeouts w table at min size.

Not a software issue but you guys may have an answer. Every time I click on a non-.eu link (such as the one posted above: https://www.pokerstars.uk/vip/chrome/), I get redirected to the .eu homepage. For some reason, I'm being redirected to the Portuguese homepage recently.

If being redirected is completely necessary, is there any way I can simply be redirected to the equivalent .eu page rather than simply to the .eu homepage?

I have been raising this issue with our web team for over a year now, and I still don't have a satisfactory answer. I'll let them know about the Portuguese redirect - that's odd.

Keith, im sorry if this has been discussed here b4, but i couldnt find any posts about.
One thing that rly bothers me is the ''notes''. The notes are saved only when we close the software by clicking the ''X'' ? Or its saved right after we put it into player ?

Im asking this because sometimes my pc reboots out of the blue ( cause of the energy supply) and i lose some of the new notes i made.

So, if its saved only when we close the software, isnt it possible to develop a feature that we can save the new notes anytime ?

Currently player Notes are only saved at software close.

The suggestion to have a manual 'Save Notes' tool has merit, but the team is discussing the possibility of saving Notes content on the server side, which would obviate the need for a manual tool. I'm sure that if we don't do one we'll do the other, however at this stage I don't have any sense of when it might happen.

Has any one else experienced an issue like this on mobile where you can't see your opponent name/stack/actions?

Im unclear on what happened, but don't think it was correctly changing stack sizes either, as at some point it force shut off, and I re logged in without missing a hand (glitch was gone) and had way fewer chips

How can the xtheme bug not been fixed by now?!
Been known and discussed for a year now probably or maybe more. Come on, how hard can it be?!!

Bug:
I've made a xtheme based on the hypersimple theme.

The first weird thing is that the syntax in xthemes.ini has to be "base=ordinary" instead of "base=ordinary@pokerstars.com" like is was earlier.

Anyway, the bug that's tilting is that even though my xtheme is choosable in the client, I always have to go into settings and choose it after every restart of the client.

datamining sites are starting to give u the possibility to exclude yourself from their sites, for a very considerable amount of 1k-4k$ a year. since on mid/highstakes it is not tolerable to have every single hand u play saved into an online-database and accessible to some douche paying 4k$ a year just to see every single leak you have without ever playing you, it would be great if you actually started doing something about it.
is it that hard to ban all those bot-ips who are somehow observing 500 spin&go's or headsups at the same time?
is it still impossible to just give us an option to exclude our nick on the table being seen by observers?
at this moment its pretty simple, u either pay those guys datamining sites to block your stats or someone will **** you at the tables knowing the exact strategy you play.

Huge +1. Stars inability or lack of desire? to do anything against datamining sites is shocking at this point.

In fairness they seem to have solved zoom datamining.

+1, it's unbelievable why Pokerstars made nothing yet to solve this after MONTHS. not for days, not 1 week, not 2... BUNCH OF MONTHS! everyone knows, but Pokerstars apparently, - since u made me come here to report - knows tables on midstakes+ on the refered games have been with observers dataming everyday for months!
on every single table loading up. every single one. every single!
they sell hands. it's HUGE how bad this is...

Pokerstars makes a bunch of right decisions but then there's this one huge leak where it's almost impossible to think they didn't do nothing yet to fix. but yet they didn't.

find a way to not allow this quickly. but don't remove the spin observer tab that allows to rail the big multipliers because it's good to have, just an apart observation.
