workaround= i just opened the user.ini file, deleted the "LegacyPokerTable=1" line, opened the client, disabled it under the drop down menu, closed, added "LegacyPokerTable=1" again, and reopened, and it saved the settings. cheers

CRITICAL bug on iOS app:
For HORSE/8-game
I only get 2 cards for O8, 2 cards to start for Stud etc Basically the number of cards dealt on previous game. This happens when game is switched.

I thought I was playing holdem on a horse scoop satellite because I only had 2 cards but turns out I was playing O8. Only found out on the river. To make matters worse, the name of the game is not visible on the tables at all.

after fresh stars install i added the legacypokertable=1 line to the user file and it works to bypass aurora (i get the old nova and classic themes)

but i want to install hyper simple which it simply doesnt do.
it says installing for a while and then quits

anyone know how to get hyper simple back this way?

Did Pokerstars.com client roll out a new update today?

My client updated longer than normal prior to loading it up today. During session I had much lag. I know this could be SCOOP, could be possibly my internet, but was playing on GGpoker at the same time with no lag so I thought it may have been related to a possible update.

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this today. Thanks.

so the aurora.bat file never works anymore but i read there is another method, so basically i need the old hyper simple theme? how the f would i go about getting this? the software is a lot better than 3 months ago but still nothing compared to the old hyper simple layout on the old client...

If you don't have any computer backup from the last couple of years containing the PS installation, or a friend with the old installation, you can ask someone from the community you trust to send it to you.

Slugant yes, in the archive it's necessary copy / paste-replace package.ini and themes folder, into your PokerStars. (there is an instruction file)

I had "Name" rather than my alias and a coins balance that was always 0 after the last but one update so them removing it and waiting till it's fixed makes sense.
