Hadn't played for a month or so and got a couple of updates (UK) - several PokerstarsBR.exe processes running simultaneously using 60%+ CPU - are they now bitcoin mining on the side?

Turning off Aurora fixed my freezing issue when I opened two tables. Thanks!

Playing on Stars.EU. The new throwable objects annoy me. Is it possible to turn these off? Particularly the little red icon to the right of my seat slightly distracts me.

I went through all settings/tools and didn't find a pertinent option...

I realize this is a #FirstWorldProblem

Try disabling optional graphs. And obv turn off every single animation and aurora if possbile.

If I open my cashier there comes a pop-up that my old ways to get money on pokerstars are not available anymore.

the problem is, that happens everytime i open the cashier window, which is not good.

Please make it a one-time pop-up, thanks.

Just lucky. Most of the time goes directly to message and no chat option but once in awhile can select chat

You can come back standard mode:
Settings > Lobby > Lobby Display
and don't active " Enable Dark mode for List Layout "

I don't praise stars a lot but damn the dark mode looks nice.

nothing special, just visually appealing to my eyes. but i guess anything is nice compared to that blazing white.

i would never knew about it cos i do not use the PokerStarsUpdate.exe to run the client. now i updated and this looks amazing or i should say back to normal!

Hello guys! I'm with a little issue and maybe some of you can help me!

I have just decided to become a professional grinder and bought a new computer to do this. but i cannot play on this computer. whenever i open a table, it crashes and closes, and i just receive the message: "an error has occurred, please restart your client".

So, i tried contact with the support, and they said the user log files are corrupted, and "the solution" was just to rename one file, which is not, obviously. and then, no more answers for 4 f*cking days.

So, based on your experience, anyone knows how to fix this? or should i just move to another site with some customer care? any recommendation?

With it being a new computer try updating your drivers (start with graphics).
