I'm from Brazil and i also can't play zoom on stars because of the lag,going to play on party for a few days and if the problem is fixed i'll probably comeback,so it's not only BG and RO players suffering from this.

Let me name my PokerStars Home Game clubs. I'm in 8 clubs, and they only list them by club #. It would be much better if I could rename them so I know which is which.

If they cant fix it, why cant they at least give players from affected countries like 3x the amount of timebank in MTTs? Even with that we would be at disadvantage agaisnt rest of the world, but IT WOULD HELP!

1) playing less hands > actually sitting out and folding hands
2) random seat draw is always different, random countries for everyone. Its like saying sitting with regs on table is bad. It is, but it can happen to anyone.
3) it is still balanced well with the fact that eventually we will probably sit out anyway.

Credit card withdrawals take awhile. My first one took over a month. Been taking about 7-10 days since then.

After 10 business days you can request the tracking number from stars. Give it to your bank and they can use it to track your withdrawal.

Already have the ARN code. Bank telling me Money is not traceable. First time it happens.

Thats really strange. From what I understand, the ARN is generated by the payment processor when the money is sent. So someone has to know where the money is. The problem is that stars will do nothing to help you trace it beyond giving the ARN. I know this because I went thru the same thing waiting for my withdrawal. Maybe go to your bank and show them in person. Doing that helped me get my situation resolved.

Hello guys, I'm living in Belgium so we cannot anymore restore old tables we only have aurora tables available which I don't really like...
Do you know if other table themes will be released since there are only 4 (mercury, classic, black and saloon).

I have another question, when playing zoom NL25 2 tabling, from time to time I'm automatically sitting down, when I resume tables it sitting me down again and I have to close this table to reopen a new one which is really annoying.
Is there anyone who got the same problem?

This problem has been going on for several weeks and Pokerstars cannot resolve it. The countries of Eastern Europe were initially affected, but now Pokerstars are apparently expanding their enforcement of their new stupid software. If you value your nerves, energy, time and money - withdraw your money ASAP and play elsewhere.

It is in settings somewhere - multi tabling or advanced there is a button called "disable table surface side games" or something along those lines
