Does anybody have issues with cashouts? I have made a cashout for 10days ago. They ask me some documents, i have sent it. But after a week nothing has happend. I sent 2 mails to support no answer!!!

No issues at all
If you are from romania and you decided to cash out via direct transfer,after aproval the money should be in your account the same day(Ex: if you received an aproval at 6AM,the money will be in account at 6PM)

All,

Suddenly the layout of my pokerstars lobby changed. The list of tournaments and cash games is gone and I only have this annoying view now:

I went through all my setting but have not been able to find it.

Can anyone help?

can anyone tell me if or how its possible to set a "sit out next hand" hotkey for single tables running mac OS. maybe third party software (of course in compliance with the stars t&c's)? any help really appreciated

Why can't I show bluffs anymore? Clicking one or two cards to show what you're folding last to act still works, but not showing when you've made someone fold....

What happened with the replayer? After latest "upgrade" (FRESPT) it's bugged:
- Doesn't show the % anymore;
- Shows all cards for all players on table even after they fold;

while playing zoom i got an error saying "an error has occurred, please restart your client" and my tables were closing. trying to exit the client told me that i was still sitting at tables so i had to click "close anyways" or w/e.
logged back in and was apparently no longer in the hand i was in?
also the software just turned to complete garbage over the last months, for example, sometimes tables dont make that beeping noise when its my turn to act and so on.
ffs.

I had the same problem when i was using the Aurora Engine,when i tried to shrink the table's size.I deactivate the aurora,and everything came back to normal.I sent an email to stars and they requested log files.Didnt had any issues since then

Does anyone know if there is a site or way to monitor the size of zoom pools and provide stats on this?

Like for example I play 5nlz, and the time I normally play (6-10pm est) the pool is around 150-400 players. But when I check it/play between 2-6pm est, it usually is around 300-600 players, and the more people it has, the softer it is. Is there some way I can monitor it other than by checking stars and see long term the avgs for days and times?

POKER STARS ...........Forget software , I wish your customer service could answer a simple email. I have sent 4 emails in 3 days for a customer service request and Ive got NO RESPONSE ! I turned off my cash for 6 months to work on my torny game and the exclusion ended a week ago and I just want you to turn my cash play back on.............. How hard is this and to just not answer me is what those other sites do.. My screen name is SHLTHAWK . How bout someone just atleast respond to my email. Thanks

Thought WPN were scummy enough but it seems all sites worldwide are now equal amounts of PURE SCUM.

Just noticed these weird ass MTT payouts on Stars and only just got up off the floor after my laughter coronary. Give me 5 minutes in a room with any one of em.

Tried to log into my PS account today after 2 weeks and all I get is a blank Online Software Terms of Service pop-up. Can't do anything other than closing the pop-up and when I do that, the whole PS client auto shuts down. It's the first time something like this happened to me. Anyone knows a solution?

Try logging in via the website and accepting it there. Their in-client browser is buggy as hell.

Anyone else experiencing extremely long time for responses regarding Hand Histories requests? I recently lost my DB of hands and asked Support for my hands since 2018 through 3 different e-mails and through the software itself, never got a single response and it's been 5 days almost. I asked some friends and they have no answer for more than weeks!

This is getting me a bit paranoid... What's gong on?

I requested an answear about some promo in progress,they answear partially and sugested i should receive another answear from support.2 weeks passed since that day,yet no answear and the promo is finished since sunday.
Probably i will get an email like "Thank you for waiting,your patience is highly appreciated,but due to high volume..."

Try open it as admin always. Click right on the pS app and then run as admin. It should work.

I play a lot on mobile and I have this new beta table design and it broke the slider bar. It uses to only move up or down 1BB, but now, it's completely inconsistent, sometimes moving 1BB, somethings 5 or 10BB. Any idea if that's a bug or a new feature I don't quite understand?

I use tableoptimizer. Also im not sure if this is a tableoptimizer bug or a stars software bug. But many times when i have tables opened... my hotkeys doesn't work for many tables. I can't even click on what i want to do with my mouse. I also cannot move the tables to another spot on my monitor. Does this happen to anyone else?



The only way to fix this issue is close those tables that have those issues... then open those tables again. I had this happen quite a bit. Do you know if this is a tableoptimizer issue or stars software issue? I have not closed tableoptimizer when this happened though to see but curious if you or anyone else have the same issue. The problem is when this happens, you cannot do anything. You basically have to close the table as quick as possible and open it back again... or if you wait too long... your hand is going to be folded because either the action is on you and you cannot click on anything... your mouse clicking or hotkeys do not work. The only way is to close the table and once you do that... your hand folds automatically and then once you open that table immediately its folded.

I have had problems with mobiles but not like that.

Instead, iPad often takes the select of the sit-out-next-big-blind while android doesn't.

Played 4 zoom tables with android and left the table correctly but they left there (sitting out) and I couldn't enter another one even by closing the whole software and login back in. Didn't find myself with a search either. I was able to add an ordinary as 5th but it put me at 6th also and didn't open them so it figures the blinds were posted and I timed out. I then tried with a tablet and took a 5th zoom table (it seems, one disappeared at those times) but my other tables were not there.

I had trouble 2-tabling zoom with iPad as it doesn't always move to another table when the action buttons activate but stays at the other table for no reason at all. I managed 4 normal tables with android all fully overlapping (as they do it at stars).

No auto-fill 100 bb with iPad and not sure about the action buttons if good as i had an option where some of them probably don't show up. The pre-action buttons at the same spot as the action buttons so one can't use them w/o risking pushing an action button when another table pops up. Winamax is better with mobiles.

I don't think the Aurora matters all here, just got Aurora today and played with and w/o it and yesterday w/o. My PC got the Aurora last year or something like that.

Wish I could be in that room with you buddy these mofo just dgaf anymore. Zoom is still unchecking "Sit out on next BB" It literally unchecks my boxes and makes me play more than I should. This **** has been going on for months now and i've seen others complain about this that entire time as well.
