Did they really roll back to just 4 table themes which look like variations of the classic one? I'm on the .co.uk client. I have a friend on the .com client with the same issue and one on the .eu client without the issue.

since all those 'actions' and 'promos' are giving me worthless tickets or $0.10 satellites (even though i never played tournaments) i have about 20+ tickets in my Tournaments tickets tab..
its useless but its also getting cluttered.

eventually these tickets expire but this takes too long, i would like an option to remove them myself.

even better would be to distribute normal prizes, and not tournament stuff for players that never play them

When you loose a satellite, there's a big pop up that appears blocking the rest of your tournaments, to register for more sattelites, which can get pretty annoying. Is there a way to get rd of it? It is a very unnecessary function imo.

How do I disable the popup in Poker Stars that announces that I have a new free spin?

It becomes the active window along with the client itself wreaking havoc on my hands.

I'm getting an error saying they need me to email to confirm location (I did)?

I'm a Canadian in Canada at the address in my profile and only recently redeposited, 2 tabling 2nlz couple hours a day?

a hotkey option for "sit out next hand" would be nice for zoom play. the checkbox on the table is really small and pretty close to the other options so you have to click very carefully which takes a lot of time

Getting a glitch when 2 tabling zoom recently, when action is facing you, and you are in another program than the table (discord usually) when I check back on table it takes an action even though I didnt click an action button. Will randomly fold/call/raise.

Anyone have a phone number for Stars? have emailed them 8 times over the past 5 weeks now without response. I was based in Aus, now banned, but have moved and just want them to update my address and allow me to redeposit.

nah, check my post history you'll find the other thread i posted in. it'll take the same amount of time or longer to open a new account + they will not let you open a new acc under the same name anyway so i wouldn't bother. their security team is having a huge backlog so we're just SOL until they fix it

What's with these promotions that redirect to a webpage, and all I get is a dark background and 4 light squares? I have tried with three different browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Edge. Even disabled ad-blockers and Noscript. Same result.

I can't be the only one running into this?

I am currently getting an error when trying to login and it says something like:"You are already logged in on another computer. You must logout there before logging in again."

Trouble is I'm not logged in anywhere else that I know of and there is no way to contact support other than through email which is taking forever. . . .
