It's so they can use the same cashier as the website (sportsbook/casino). It pops up a website now instead of being built in to the client.

Currency options are hidden away in the new one - recs will accidentally deposit in USD and not realise they've paid fees. They tried introducing deposit fees in some markets a while ago then backtracked, this is a subtle way to do it.

So where are the currency options so I can deposit in CAD?

Regarding WCOOP, why do they bother calling a tournament "Deep stacks" when it's the same amount of blinds as any of the others? Do they think having twice the starting chips makes a difference when the blinds are also doubled lol?

Example: This "Deep stacks" tourney has twice the starting chips, but it's still just 200 BB's like the other one beside it.

The name describes the structure and the flow of the tournament as a whole. In the example you have sent us, the duration of levels in a WCOOP 31-M event change from 15 minutes to 20 minutes much sooner than in Progressive KO, which results in a slower pace of the tournament.

Please also note that there are minor differences in the size of antes, which might not look as important, but certainly it adds up to the fact that in the later stages of the event the average stacks are going to be deeper and the action will be slower.

On pokerstars.ES they are adding 10€ everyday but not tourneys from 10€ below, they added just one. Not everyone has the bankroll to play those and the ones 10€ below are frustrating to play cause they are only progressive KO´s of 1€ or 2€ and prize pool is very, very low, 4 hours to win just one buy in? No thanks! Really! No thanks!
You almost can´t put volume on this pool! On Sundays you have the worst tourneys to pick from if you don´t have bankroll to play 10€! Fact!
Pros from 50€-250€ are playing all the 10€ too cause they can´t put volume, the field gets tougher. You need to add more tourneys and better prize pools from 1€ to 5€ with other structures besides PSKO. Some tourneys of 1€ and 2€ at night the prize pool triples up, doesn´t make sense adding more til 5€ at least? People want to play those non-PSKO more! Don´t you think?
Sit n´go´s - We only have multytable turbo SNG on this pool, why not adding a non turbo structure? I´m sure the same guys that play turbos are jumping in into the non-turbos and that´s a good way to start learning some MTT concepts too. I don´t get it why you limit everything, it´s crazy!

Could you please have an option to extended the notes box really big spreading right across the table when you hover over a player please? Its really hard to read compared to the larger box in the bottom left hand corner because it is only a couple of words per line.

All of you last 4 posters, have any of you emailed Pokerstars about how you hate the new cashier?

You ALL need to actually email them and tell them you hate it, otherwise they won't change it.
All of you and anyone else reading this who feels the same.
Even a short one line email, or anything (or just copy/paste what you wrote here), if you feel it will take too much time.

If you do have more than 2 minutes to spare, you could explain how their 'ideation team' have really messed up on this one and how it doesn't even look like part of the same client software (making you or any player reasonably feel that it's been hacked or something). Or how the refresh button is missing, or any other detailed reasoning.

If they don't get a bunch of emails complaining about it, they will assume it's all fine and do nothing. Yes, silly isn't it.

Also, thanks to all of you for posting here, (I don't mean to say stop doing that), because even though Stars won't read forum posts, it's very useful for us all to share these things and work together. Keep those posts and emails coming.

I emailed last week, they replied that the new cashier is an improvement "based on player feedback" and it's here to stay.

It's just a browser window now, slow, laggy, badly designed... but it saves development costs so they're happy.

Has anyone taken up the $200 deposit $50 free spin n go ticket offer? I wondered what form the $50 spin n go tickets came in - eg could you enter 50 $1s or could you end up with 1 $30 etc. Thanks
