Stars keeps restarting my laptop and all my settings/customizations are wiped.as if I've just downloaded the software.... So annoying

whenever I play at stars.es and stars.eu at the same time, hotkeys work only in one client at the same time. The "on/off" button for hotkeys in the top left just disappears, very annoying for multitabling

Don't think this all that rare. Having the same problem - start the program and then get a blank "Online Software Terms of Service" - completely blank, except for the window title and the "close" button at the top right. Click on that and program exits.

Did any of you manage to get past this?

why is everyone showing Fold while they are clearly just in a dealt hand?
its lagging or just not changing like crazy, and this is just 1 observed table

Just now, the PS client updated itself, and now it is stuck on "connecting..." window.

Even Windows 10 doesn't know how to close it, usually it recognizes unresponsive windows and offer you to kill them. Not this time.

So, I see two ways to improve this piece of software. Fix your bugs, and fix the way your software handles the bugs that you have.

Anybody else has this problem after the latest update?

Started playing on a new laptop recently. Half the time when multi tabling and the action is on me, my tables won't pop up till my time bank is activated(Yes, I have the setting checked to bring focus to the action). So I'm unnecessarily slowing down the action in a lot of spots. Hope there's some fix :S

why is it no longer an option to join 4 zoom tables at the same time?
now we can just click add entry 3 times but that was a nice timesaver and effective

When this message appears in the middle of every zoom table and boots you out. RIP blinds that didn't get their fair share of hands.

This also happened to me on the 6th of June, when people were complaining about missing hands and the replayer not working properly

Does anyone have an issue where when you move the mouse to different players locations, it doesn't show their locations? But after a while, it does? But you need to position it exactly at the right spots? But then if it doesn't, then its not possible.

Anyone know how to fix this issue? Or is that how it is now?

This is a really huge thread and as much as I tried to search for this, I couldn't find it.

Is there an option on the PokerStars app to be able to see how many entries are left in the tournament that you're playing in and what the prize pool payouts are while you're playing?
