Hey, im not sure where to ask, didnt find any official sng thread, but i just found out that 9man sngs are loading just one game on every buyin for registration since today, even when i reg 1st one, 2nd doesnt pop up in lobby as it used to be. Not sure if its just a bug, or was it changed this way? I think traffic will get even worse because of that.

I noticed this too. With 6 max hypers and turbos, there are only 2 lobbies available instead of the normal 4. Not sure if intentional or not but even more annoying than before for pre-reg.

Add "Report player (for sitting out while Rec is thinking whether to rebuy or not, for example)" to the menu when you right-click on a player. If you really care about the healthiness and enjoyment of the games it should be possible to report toxic players fast and easy.

but if that players sits out on all tables its fine so its difficult to finetune it but i agree in some instances a report player button is handy

Hey I recently got a new PC with windows 10 and noticed that when you tile tables, now they have some space between them instead of being close together. Also when you load saved layouts, tables leave the same space, not between them, but between the sides of the monitor, and the side tables overlay with the central ones.

Anyone know a way to fix this?

Imo table optimizer can remove the borders and tile without any space between tables. Starscaption or helper leaves the space. Without 3rd party you just need to resize them manually and save that layout.

Any one else having trouble with favorites not being removed once they unclick the star in the corner of the tourney lobby?

I played about 2k hands on another PC. I tried to request my hand history and only did up to 100. I did the "past week" feature but still only gave me 200.

I emailed them 3 days ag requesting these hands. Is there any better contact then just Support?

It took me about 3 weeks to get my hand histories instead of few hours i were used to in the past.

can't get hotkeys to work as anymore my xpadder inputs won't get recognized by stars. am I the only one out here? Both progs run in admin mode fwiw.

Good moorning. Not sure how alive this thread is.
One of the issues I continue to have is corrupted notes files. I play almost daily and decided beginning this year to make a numbered backup every time it happens. I am now up to 44. Very frustrating and I can't point my finger at it. Sometimes CPU is running too high with many browser windows or other (poker) apps at the same time.
Anybody has a similar issue or a suggestion ?

That has not hapened to me yet, but some general suggestions:
1. Run Pokerstars as Administrator
2. Check your Harddisk (with crystalDiskInfo for example), it may have to many read/write errors or corrupted sectors
3. If corrupted sectors are detected runing chkdsk in a cmd-Prompt might help

I recently got Joy2Key to work with Stars, maybe give that software a try?

Thanks. Another tool in my box.
The first run it says that all sectors are good. But let's see.
I also monitor my CPU and my internet connectivity.

It seems it started around December with a new release of the Stars software. The one where they messed up the auto-seating.

If I find something I'll report back here.

On this CrystalDisk it is actually a neat KPI monitor of what they call Health - it is common very healthy between 30 and 38 and has dropped only once from what I have seen to 24. This is when I decided to reboot everything just to be sure. Thanks sofar.
