If I escalated this, I would be asked for logs. My suggestion would be to reproduce the bug, export logs, and send them as well as an explanation (including screenshots) to support@. They'll take it through the same process I would from that point.

When i was playing earlier, my stars/holdem manager crashed. Had to restart my computer. So all my stars settings such as hotkeys etc got deleted. HEM2... does not start when clicking run import and star hud.

Can someone tell me if there is a way to restore my old stars settings such as hotkeys, preset bet sizing and everything?

Basically even the custom layout and everything is reset.

Got a question. When i click on pokerstars to open the program, i open it from the icon on my desktop. Last time i had issues with it and opened it from the start menu and i believe it did an update? Because when i logged into stars, i noticed there was the your current place out of how many players left... say like currently 1200/1500 position etc. I noticed that only once. Everytime i open stars, that is not there anymore. Is that suppose to be there or not? Its on the top right corner.

And how do i update stars where i get that? Its nice having it shown on the top right corner your current position.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

I use a MacBook Pro, with an external monitor plugged in via HDMI. When I play 4 tables, this is what the layout looks like. Is there anyway to get the tables to fill the screens, or is this a Mac/PS issue?

I get dealt Kh and Jh... suit race counts it as a club and diamond... every table what i get dealt and what i am credited with dont line up...

message customer service... the reply....

we checked... 'nothing is wrong'

Had that yesterday too.

Today the ostensibly correct panel is showing but clicking on any particualr suit doesn't do anything.

the player action freezes where normal it shows for 2 seconds and then its back to the avatar.. but i just see 5x fold on the table

I just changed some starcoins into $$$ before cashing out, now it won't let me withdraw in the next 48 hours because of "deposit restrictions".

Is this because the starcoins to $$$ is counted as a deposit or is it something else?

Has this happened to anyone before?

Settings > Gameplay > Advanced > Disable Table Surfaced Side Games.

Those on-table games make everything so buggy/laggy, no idea why they keep bringing them back.
