Absolutely disgusting: I just got an E-Mail where you say you are "number one poker site" and you ask to take part in a player survey and A L L questions are about weather Stars should implement lottery games or not.

Side note: I never did a sports bet, never even opened your casino and never shown any interst in anything else than poker.

You guys are an absolute and utter joke.

Sad thing is most of their customer base probably said they'd like to see it implemented...

I got invited to a player survey too recently but 90-95% questions were poker/pokerstars client/features/rewards/promo related only.

So you were given an opportunity to clearly communicate your complete opposition to a future change that is being contemplated, and this upsets you? So it would be better for them to just do it and not do market research on existing customers?

^^ LOL on the „opportunity“. Yeah, I gave my feedback as I always do, but why the hell don‘t they filter their customers by their activity? People like me who started to play on POKERstars as it was a POKERsite gave countless feedback that they dislike any offer apart from POKER and get bothered with stuff they never use / dislike / hate. I’d love to have the chance to actually get heard before implementing new POKER stuff, but guess what: Not gonna happen.

LOL on your last part too, because „just do it“ is exactly what Stars actually does (just read the last 100 pages of the Pokerstars MTT thread or open your client).

I am indeed pissed off by the fact that they ignore ALL feedback given according to their hundreds of awful changes in their poker offer and ask their poker only players about some lottery ****.

If lottery and casino games bring more people to the site and then they start to play poker because they already have the client and its super accessible, then stars should go for it.

Con would be if all the fun players who play poker for the gambling aspect would prefer those games and stop playing poker lol

This is like banging my head against a wall because countless people always say it's a good idea but it never gets implemented but here goes.

1) A fast fold button for the BB so you don't have to wait forever when you have trash (plo). People are timing down or limping and you have to wait for it to come all the way round to you in the BB just so you can fold. This is the exact thing ZOOM is meant to rectify.

2) Have an option so that a player note pops up where ever you hover over their seat rather than Country, Name and Connection stats if you don't hit the tiny note sign perfectly.

3) I'm sure this could be done in seconds so please consider this and implement it quickly. Have the the golden eye icon next to the cash balance be Green if you have less than 4 zoom tables open and Red when you have 4 zoom tables open as an option.

Its so tilting when try and open a zoom table only for that error to pop saying you have too many zoom tables open because you don't know when you can re open a 4th table.

Your hotkeys tools doesnt work like it should be.
1) Set bet amount work only if no one raise before me on the preflop, For example, villian raise 3 on the preflop and i want to bet 9 (3*(villian raise)) but i cant do that cause nothing work for me.
2)Also i want to bid the same buttons for preflop and postflop. For example, i want to bid q,w,e,r- raise preflop 2.5,3, 3.5, 4 big blinds and use the same buttons for postflop bet 33% of pot, 66%, 75% etc.

I'd love to have a function, that let me filter satellites by the speed of their targets. Like late in a day, I can't start any regspeed and therefore would like to display only sats to turbo/hyper targets..

Anybody else having problems remembering table layouts on a 4k 32" monitor scaled to 125%?

I used to have a 4k 28" Monitor as a primary screen, where windows scaled everything to 150% and was able to use table layouts without problems.

Now I use a 32" 4K monitor as a primary screen, where windows scales to 125% and the layouts do not work anymore. I have of course created new layouts but when trying to use them the next day, the software will open all tables in the middle of my screen (stacked on top of each other).

Old layouts from the 28" monitor work, but they are of course not usable anymore because of the different scaling (they do not use all of the screen).

What could be reason for this?

Hey all. I use tableoptimizer on stars. Basically use it to auto register sngs and hotkeys.

Yes. There is allso starscaption that you can use and choose from.

1. Could you add option of applying custom table theme to sattelites ? In "Table Themes" > "Apply to". This could be usefull for those (like me) who play sattelites at the same time with other types of games. Thank you.

2. After last update I have issues with the pop up menus for changing the look of the table. When my hotkeys are off it works well, but when they are on the menu will pop up only when I right click when my cursor is in move. When it stands still the menu will not pop up.

Sigh, just did cardmatch and noticed there were 2 more challenges that I would've completed/gotten progress for. Having to opt-in manually to everything every time is just the most bizarrely stupid thing and makes me feel like crap for having put in these hands on your website instead of excited at potentially winning a trip to Lapland. I don't understand the reason, it's not like you'd give away more money and I'm sure it'd save many people frustrations.

Three days ago I wrote to stars support about this and have not heard back yet, not even an email with a standard text. One used to get a reply within hours most of the time. Have things changed?

With regards to hotkeys, I would like to have the option to have two different keys have the same effect.

For example, I would like both "Numpad*" and "xmouse1" to fold. This is because I sometimes want to play with my mouse, and sometimes with my numeric keypad.

FYI - We have a planned server restart scheduled for tomorrow (Wed Nov-22) at 7am ET. Expected downtime is about one hour, but aside from typical software updates we are also doing some network maintenance and there is a possibility for delays in getting all systems back online.

On the new deal box I think you should provide a chat box so the players can communicate.

As it is, as soon as you enter the deal box you lose access to the table chat and you lose the ability to communicate. In a perfect world, at that point you wouldn't need to do anything else but I feel it's necessary. Sometimes you agree on 50/50 and the guy puts ICM, other times you agree ICM and one of the guys push the 50/50 because just realized it's way more money for him lol.

We really need to still be able to communicate at that time. As it is it's just frustration...
