any chance we will have the option to sit at a no-limit table cash game in the future that does not allow huds?

would love the choice to avoid table jumping hud regs and would be way more fair to newbs or players not using it

It turns out that we do have a bug in the .CZ client related to the withdrawal flow, which should be corrected in an upcoming build update.

In the meantime, if anyone else is affected, please contact Support and ask them to process your withdrawal for you.

i havent played a single tournament in over a year,
so why do i keep opening chest with tournament tickets??? its very frustrating
id much rather see my starscoins increased to an amount where players actually care about it..
right now i have about 10 unused tournament tickets which its just a waste of time for me

Hi guys. Has anyone noticed excessive data download since the card match game came back? I have a data plan with limited data. I usually use less than 10Mb/hr 4 tabling but since card match came back it has jumped to over 400Mb/hr. I have written pokerstars and have sent logs per their request but have not received any feedback from them. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if someone would be kind enough to monitor data usage to verify my problem... Oh, I have tried another network and noticed it there too, so I think it is not my home network. Also, most of the time, data usage is normal but it will spike for maybe 10 secs up to a rediculous amount and go back to normal. I usually 4 table omaha cash games... Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!

There's a setting to turn off cardmatch in settings > gameplay > advanced. It's badly designed, basically a webpage crammed onto the table so it wouldn't be surprising if it uses up your data refreshing after every hand.

No idea why they keep bringing back such a broken feature, it causes constant crashes for me if it's not turned off.

Is that the box "disable table surfaced side games"? I'll give it a try... Thanks!

Hi Slugant,

I assume you're referring to the Stars Rewards freeroll tickets. I agree getting multiple of these isn't a good experience, and we have new functionality which should be rolled out this month which will prevent you from receiving more than one each week.

It's worth noting that receiving a freeroll ticket doesn't take up any of the value of your Chest; they are addded value (we also recently doubled the prizepool of our Stars Rewards Freerolls). We have made the freeroll tickets available to win for all poker players given it's free value. I hope it's much less of a nuisance once you're only getting 1 each week.

Have you monitored data use on other sites? I have extremely ****ty internet and have always wondered what site uses the least.

I think I need to learn how to monitor data

888 uses lots more data in my experience, all other sites are quite similar.

If you use Windows 10 you can see your last 30 days of data use - Settings > Network and Internet > Data Usage > View usage details. You can check how many hours you've played in HM2 and get an idea of hourly usage. I have 888 using at least 5x more than Pokerstars.

im from germany and since the last client update im having lots of disconnects from stars while my internet runs stable, never had this before and its very weird its like stars is losing connection every 2-5 minutes but only for a couple of seconds its annoying somebody else having that problem since last update ?

Had this same problem yesterday. But only for about 10 minutes. Then for the next hours it never occured again.

Was contemplating clicking a few buttons on the tablet app, but when I went to open the app it said it needs to be updated.

So, off we go to the Google play store but no update available. Which means no access to the client for Android users.

Seems a pretty big leak IYAM. Just a guess, but when you add sports/casino betting, I'd expect an average mobile/tablet player to be better business for stars than an average pc user, a group which surely includes pretty much every grinder

Wondering if this is just a UK thing or does it affect other countries too

This is happening to me too, im in the UK aswell.

Also last night when having a big session on the laptop i was having the same issues. Pokerstars asking for permission to update everytime i opened it, it meant my HUD wouldn't work for the whole grind and got me super pissed.

Same problem here. App says must update, but no update available!! Lots of negative comments on the play store. Sort it out Stars!!

Keith conveniently ignores a question....again, regarding a major factor contributing to the demise of games on their site, the allowance of this crap advantage software but answers the deposits question. Surely, again you just missed this. The latest poker central podcast with Bryn Kelly was bang on. Pokerstars support and security are have both “died” to an alarming level for all of us who have played since the boom. To keep calling the site Pokerstars is a travesty. What an embarrassment

Yesterday my Stars lobby crashed at one point. 4 tables ran normal, but lobby first froze, then changed to a black square...
Only a PS restart could solve this.

I should have clarified in my previous post that the fix to limit the number of freeroll tickets you'll get per week won't be implemented until later this month. I'm hoping next week this will be up and running.

For "Flying Player" I'm guessing you're just seeing a bit of variance, we're currently still currently awarding them at the same rate as before.
