Now the big tournaments normally start on the hour which is when most tournament players are still on a break. In the newly started tournament it's not uncommon to see lots of time banks being depleted as players are still away on a break.

Why not start the break at 50 minutes past the hour. That way, everyone is back from their break and the first hand of new tournaments are not full of timed out players with no time bank left.
Excellent suggestion!

Sorry about that. It appears that we mixed up a couple of items and inadvertently sent the wrong text - simple human error. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this caused.

I mean I can't follow how hand went down (have memory issues). I'm not getting full enjoy of playing. Plus my StarsHelper gives me faulty information of bet sizes/odds/action history causing me making mistakes (allowed program in pokerstars) if I don't notice first that chat is broken.
It has been logged as a bug with Development, but unfortunately we have no update to offer on the investigation.

And tell me what's even the point in having chests when there's no random element?
Perhaps The Czech client should have the option to autoopen chests as it's literally a waste of time as the chests are always the same?
Due to Czech regulation, we're unable to randomize rewards for Czech Republic players nor offer the majority of reward-types (which is why you're only receiving StarsCoin or cash). This is obviously not how the program was drawn up, but our hands are tied in this instance. I will pass the idea of an 'auto-open' feature for CZ players on to our product team.

Apologies to our Czech players for the inconvenience.

Regards,
Dylan

Does stated bug have a ticket number to refer in case of contacting support? I'm going to ask update every Monday morning till it's solved.

I've heard of people reporting this bug since year ago (since PS stopped datamining and current bug occured). It's sorry to hear that Amaya have fallen so low with their incompetent team.

I'm wondering if this same incompetent tech team can handle RNG etc. Can we have info about how PokerStars have run since starting offering Spin&Go's? Obviously it's not a problem for Amaya if company have run billion dollars over EV, but for players...

GG once again Amaya!
Stars just went down in Romania for 2 minutes and now playing with 0 timebank.
Bet you`ll say it`s our router, ISP or some file courrupted.
Hope you can solve this problem until 2020, no hurry there`s plenty of time.

Not much English chat in tournaments now. That rule seems to be non-existent. I guess we've just lost another English speaking country as well now.

And what's the rule for timing down your clock on every hand? Allowed because it's possible or spirit of the game not considered? Not just the bubble but lots of times ITM too.

pretty sure it is a bug related to a weak/temp loss of internet connection... happens once a month to me... shutting down and restarting stars will fix it usually

For the sake of transparency and fair game could you please explain the process of pokerstars software certification?

Specifically:
- what is the body responsible for certification?
- how often does it happen?
- when was the last time it happened?

Czech players gets the expected value of each Chest, which includes the value of the "Featured Reward" we offer in other licenses (Featured Reward being the additional value we offer on top of the normal Chest values, for example this month we awarded over $700K in WCOOP tickets). So essentially, it's the highest possible value with no randomization.

How do I find the freeroll tournaments? I've got a few tickets for them but unlike other tickets it doesn't show the tournaments they apply to

Our Random Number Generator (RNG) is certified by Gaming Labs International (GLI). It happens every few years. The current certificate was re-issued by GLI on 17-October last year, and is valid until October 2020.

There is a note on our website here:

https://www.pokerstars.com/poker/rng/

and here is the certification notice on GLI's website:

http://www.gaminglabs.com/extranetGL...lash.asp?i=190

In addition to that, our software is licensed by various gaming regulators around the world, who each have their own timetables and processes for approval and licensing.

Keith, could you help me?
I cant cashout, withdrawal button doesnt work.
I run PS.cz, build 19407 (same problem with previous build).
After clicking withdraw button, this window pops up:

and nothing happens, i just cant access cashout options, the same window pops up everytime.

I've been trying to solve this since saturday, sent 3 separate emails, only got replied to the 1st one after 36 hours, they sent me basic acc verification template.

my account was verified in february, made several cashouts etc, thou i havent cashout since june i think. even thou my personal ID expired this month (so I immediately sent the new one just to be sure), i dont think its related, I suspect this might be related to gaming limits specific to czech platform, these limits were introduced about a month ago i think, i had to restart software several times back then to make my settings stick.

my other 2 emails were simply ignored. I'm pretty much done with support at this point. I'm trying to stay calm but I'm running out of empathy as support replies once every 36 hours and isnt even helpful.

fwiw I've already tried clean reinstallation of ps software and logging in from another computer, not that i thought it could have helped.

Sorry you're having problems with both the software and support.

Please send me a PM with your Stars ID and I'll ask someone to have a look at your situation.

I'm checking to see if there is a known software issue with the button.

Hey there,
Sorry in advance to post this question here, but for the life of me I can't find an answer. So I figured I'd post this in a Pokerstars thread since that's where I play.

Can someone tell me what deposit limits I can expect to have after I have them increased? I currently have a 1k/day, 2k$USD per week limit. This would be through e-wallet deposits. Are there different limit tiers that exist? Or can I expect an increase to like 50k a week.

Cheers

Thanks for your answer, but it brings another question. How we, as users, can be sure that the software version you are running is in fact the same version as the one which got certified?

Also I could imagine a situation where RNG is certified and fair, but the poker software using that component could potentially have a bug skewing the results of the game, no?
