Payments did offer this, though: if you have a Visa or Mastercard that does not work, you might try via Hipay e-Wallet load or sign up for Entropay pre-paid card. Webmoney is another e-Wallet you can use to deposit.

Some fluctuation is normal. We adjust conversion rates several times a day so that we do not drift far from market rates.

Thanks for the suggestion. The Zoom team has added the 'shorthanded' parameter to:
  • low stakes PLO pools
  • mid stakes PLO pools
  • full ring NLHE pools

Players will now have the option to begin play 3-handed in these games.

I'm not sure what is going on. First, please open Settings > Gameplay > Hotkeys and make sure that the Enable Hotkeys button has a green check.

If it does not, then click the button and hit Apply Changes, then retest your hotkeys at the table.

It's possible that at some point in the past you had set up a hotkey to toggle hotkeys on/off, and you inadvertently hit that hotkey. Check your list of configured hotkeys to see if you have set up a hotkey toggle (it's the last one in the dropdown list of customizable hotkeys.

Failing either of those, are you using any third-party apps that may affect hotkeys? If not, and if the problem persists, please contact Support. They will probably want to see your Log Files, so you can simply report this through Help > Log Files where you would add a description of the problem in the text box and click Send Log Files.

I think you already have the people for that. I mean there is no "loyalty scheme" now and the next step is just to increase rake, do you really need to hire someone for that?

You can replicate it pretty easily - start downloading something (to simulate a laggy connection) then play Zoom!

It's probably not purely a software issue, any fast-fold games can be a bit laggy if your connection isn't perfect. Maybe you could change the order that items are displayed in? Currently when it's laggy the cards are displayed last (after loading opponents details).

Adding an extra couple of seconds before the time warning sounds UTG is probably the easiest solution.

This issue was raised by me and few other guys 2 years ago and Keith did share our comments with the team but this has not been fixed yet :/ Its very tilting and I have to mute my speakers everytime I'm playing zoom games.

What Imp is facing the issue that is a completely different issue.

I want to know why nobody is answering my emails , for some reason that i dont know , stars block my account , i ban myself for 1month so i couldnt been playing , and then out of the blue i cant login anymore, ive send over 10 emails in 1 week and nothing, not only i have money in my account , i need it back . So please answer my emails and give me back my account.

Thanks for the replay. It looks like i did not run PS as administrator for some reason and that is way i had that problem.

I don't know if this is even a connection or graphics issue. You get like 5 seconds after the action is on you normally before you get that warning beep. When first to act in zoom, I get the beep a fraction before my hole cards are displayed. Five seconds before that beep, I was in the middle of playing my last hand. It literally hasn't been 5 seconds since I hit the "Fold" button. How can that possibly be related to graphics or connection? It really seems like the first-to-act player isn't getting the same time as the rest of the table.

EDIT: Unless, of course, the Zoom table is treating me as being disconnected when I go to a new table.

Bug:

Playing Sit and Goes.
Bust from a tournament.
Dialog pops up asking if I want to register to another tournament. Select "Register".
When the "Registration Confirmation" dialog opens there is no text. There is an "Okay" button, but other than that it is empty. I've just ended my session, so I can't post a screenshot at the moment. Happens every time, and has been happening for a couple months now.

Regular Spin&Go's have taht bug since ... forever.

6x multiplier dealer messages are erasing, so only 1 line is visible and updated (no previous history). My StarsHelper is going crazy as can't read all dealer messages.

I'm not sure what is happening. Are you using a very small window size for your tables? If so, you might try increasing the size.

If you open chat in a separate window, do you still have the same problem with just one line of dealer chat and having it erase previous lines?

So many times 4 tabling zoom when I click check in position it auto ticks the "call any/check button". This is so frustrating.. I've lost buyins because of it.

Surely there's others this happens to.. It's not my internet or my hardware, it's the software. Is there a way to disable this button or move it so it's not directly aligned with the main check button? Ridiculous it's aligned perfectly with the check button tbh.

Pokerstars should start taking suggestions for a new site name. Pokerstars does not exist anymore, in support, software, game quality, loyalty rewards, management competency, transparency or honesty. You're complete garbage now and a true reflection of the dire urgency of online poker in general as you somehow remain the top option- definitely not because of your quality. I can try it, but it really isn't a solution for my problem.

2x and 4x aren't definitelly not affected. I can confirm 6x and 25x are affected.

I can't tell if all 6x, 25x are affected by this bug as I've disabled multipliers colors and prizepools. Only if I get ****ed up table then I click lobby and look multiplier.

It's been that way since forever (probably a year, can't really remember). I just started to giving a closer look now as I'm tired of this bug that cost me money and focus.

I'm using .EE client (build: 18273) and Mercury table theme.
