POKERSTARS FORCED WITHDRAWAL


I just signed in and checked the cashier and got a box headed "Forced Withdrawal" and saying" Please note: you have to withdraw all funds in your account"

I am a USA player who has a small cash balance (under $100) that I have just left there since Black Friday because there aren't any good options to withdraw.

I've messaged Support but wonder if anyone knows what's up.

Thanks for listening and taking this stuff on board. Obviously, I recognise that you have a busy and lengthy list of things to develop and build, with a whole host of competing priorities, but it is great to see a PokerStars representative engaging and listening to players.

I find it pathetic that any player should feel the need to thank a hundreds of millions dollar company for having a single representative "engage" (mostly apologetically because the product has become such crap) in discussions with customers about their product. Especially when instead of one or two there were a dozen or more sveral years ago. You'd know best Josem, you were one. The standards are abysmal and the rakes thieving

I think it's good to reward and encourage good behaviour, and to punish bad behaviour (of organisations, as well as bad people). I think that will generally cause more good behaviour in the world, and less bad behaviour.

When my electricity company served me well, I thanked them for doing so (on Twitter). When Keith serves me well, I thanked him for doing so (on here). When Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet hosted millions of dollars of fraud from superusers, I had no hesitation in highlighting that too.

Hey Slugant,

Unfortunately they're not transferable. We are developing some intelligent functionality so you won't get more than one of these tickets in a week (I can appreciate that getting multiple freeroll tickets can get annoying). Hoping to have this improvement rolled out in the fall.

having random crashes. Pokerstars Client Software has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem. Whenever this happens, i've to restart stars. Happens randomly. Help

Maybe someone can help this guy and the plethora of others waiting and waiting and waiting for 2017 template, third world response from (formerly known as ) Pokerstars support. Maybe Pokerstrs should of hired and invested in state of the art methods of keeping up with bots, cheaters, third party software, scripts, screen scrapers, ghosting, and the other advantage tools and tactics being used and that have been used for years now instead of giving all that money to stars like ronaldo and kevin hart to bring new players into games they couldn't protect. Instead we are left with this garbage dung poop casino crap and depleted unrecognizeable customer support.

Your support/ software and standards are unrecognizeable. Your communications team of Pee Jones, Eric Hollreiser have proven disingenious and inept. Shame on all of you for neglecting your customers and helping kill what WAS a great site and trustful company. As everyone knows that is no longer the case
