The change in Progressive KO display has only recently been rolled out to most players. This is the first we've heard of any changes to game play, but we'll proactively study the matter to determine if further changes might be warranted.

Thanks for your suggestion and comments on 10 min satellites. I've shared both with the team, and we're looking into the possibility of adding a Speed column to the satellite popup.

would prefer showing blind levels tbh as stars have a thing of saying slow structure cos its (deep) but its a turbo so ya prefer a column saying 10 min blinds 6 etc

Yes, when Stars Rewards launches on your license, the VIP statuses will be discontinued.

It turns out that it's affecting other Mac users as well. We apologize for the bug. An investigation has been started and I will let you know when we learn how it will be resolved.

I appreciate that Keith but this is day 4 or 5 and i don't know much about programming but it seems to me it could be fixed by now. My friend was saying that the programmers might not care that much because "Mac users only represent about 10% of the online people and even a less percentage who play on pokerstars". Sorry I'm just extremly frustrated

So the box asking me if i want to take my seat from the waitlist started appearing up there and I can't drag it down. I can see it again when i change resolution, but the next one will just appear up there again.

I'm sorry that you are having connection issues. I checked to see if we are receiving wider reports from players in the UK and at this point there are no others.

Please send your log files to Support so we can have a look. Go to Help > Log Files, add a description of your issue and situation in the text box and click Send Log Files.

The Manx Telecom, Isle of Man connection is always at 0% and has no bearing on your connectivity. I believe that the target server is no longer in operation, and I've been unable to get it removed from the panel.

Sometimes the update hangs, but usually just canceling and restarting clears it up. If it still hangs after trying that once or twice, please send your Network Status report to Support so we can have a look.

In the PokerStars Update dialog that appears when the software is trying to connect, click the "Network..." button. In the Network Status panel that opens, click the Report button. It will take a minute to run, and then will pop up a dialog box to confirm where it was saved. Note the location so you can navigate there to retrieve the file, and email it to support@pokerstars.com along with a description of the problem you are having.

Hmmm - this is something I've not seen before. The popup is supposed to appear in the center of the lobby, and even if you move it to another location before dismissing it, the next one should appear in the center of the lobby.

So, the reason that it keeps going back when you reset your resolution is that something about the resolution or aspect ratio is making the software think that that location is the center of the lobby (I'm just guessing here...).

Could you please let us know the make and model of your monitor, and the make and model of your graphics card?

I presume you've tried closing and restarting the client, but if not please do.

If the problem persists, please send your log files to Support (go to Help > Log Files, add a description of the problem in the text box and click Send Log Files). I don't know that we'll be able to find anything by looking at your logs, but it's always a first step.

I had an older working config saved somewhere fortunately, copied it and it started to function as you said again. Dell u3011 2560x1600 resolution on nvidia gtx1060 just in case you need it in the future.

That sucks but at least you can get onto pokerstars, I'm still waiting for them to fix a bug for MACS. Been a week you would think they had world class programmers. I guess not lol

They used to want the software to be 100% bug-free, now if it doesn't affect a significant amount of players they're not interested. Plus they seem to be outsourcing software development to India or wherever, quality will naturally decline.
